GGPoker’s Felipe “Mojave” Ramos joins MuchBetter as brand ambassador

Gaming ewallet, MuchBetter, today announced Felipe “Mojave” Ramos, as MuchBetter’s latest brand ambassador. Representing GGPoker, home to many of the world’s top poker professionals, including Daniel Negreanu and Bryn Kenney. Felipe is also a poker coach, television host and entrepreneur, and has a large social media following for his “Poker Lifestyle” brand. Felipe will work with MuchBetter to reach the global online poker community – especially fans in his native Brazil where he is one of the most influential people in poker.
The partnership starts this week ahead of the launch of Felipe’s new poker training courses, as well as his regular #mojaCOOP poker tournament series. Felipe chose MuchBetter as his payment brand since he needed a global partner to help coordinate payments during these events, and had seen MuchBetter’s success with other pros/streamers such as Lex and Felix.
Brazil is an important growing market for MuchBetter, and the company expects that Felipe’s endorsement will help them demonstrate the value of its services to new customers in the region – namely the ease of use and security of its payment services.
“Poker is one of the most popular games in Brazil, surpassed only be the nation’s love of football,” said MuchBetter co-founder and CEO, Israel Rosenthal. “Brazil is a hugely important market for us. With its large population, fast growing digital commerce sector and love of poker, this kind of partnership is a great fit. We’ve made significant progress in the Brazilian market already, but I expect Felipe’s endorsement to push us even further. In our events with Felipe, we want to demonstrate the MuchBetter is the most technologically advanced product on the market, letting players make deposits with just their smartphone and fingerprint, in a matter of seconds.”
“I wanted to find a payments partner that was an emerging force on the poker scene, which would give my fans the best user experience,” said Felipe “Mojave” Ramos. “The MuchBetter team really understands poker and what players want, and I’ve seen this in their work with other poker pros. I have big things planned for growing the Poker Lifestyle brand, and MuchBetter will play an important part in all future events.”
