Finnish iGaming platform provider Finnplay has revealed the introduction of Titan 3.0, a significant upgrade to its Titan® iGaming platform, featuring the most comprehensive addition of functionalities the company has ever implemented.

Titan 3.0 brings a wide range of new features aimed at enhancing campaign management, boosting player-specific control, and improving operational efficiency, granting operators more flexibility while expanding in regulated markets. Titan 3.0 iGaming platform enhances Finnplay’s established platform framework and signifies the firm’s most significant investment in a platform so far. The update reflects direct feedback from operators in various markets and emphasizes actionable enhancements that facilitate clearer player paths, enhanced personalization, and scalable compliance.

“Titan 3.0 is a focused evolution of the platform and Finnplay’s largest product investment to date,” said Jaakko Soininen, Managing Director at Finnplay. “The feedback from our operators has been extremely positive. These are capabilities that have been long awaited, and they are designed to help operators take their business to the next level while maintaining the stability and regulatory readiness Titan is known for.”

Key enhancements in Titan 3.0 include new multiwallet capabilities, improved campaign and reward tools, and upgraded segmentation features like player tags. Product blocking is implemented at the category level, enabling operators to limit access to particular game categories while still permitting access to others, in accordance with responsible gaming standards.

Titan 3.0 enhances CRM and marketing functions via a bidirectional integration with Optimove, in addition to better system communications, new tournament structures, and instant data transfer to external services. A revamped Back Office is also intended for a future release, focused on enhancing usability and workflow effectiveness.

Titan® continues to be an open and flexible platform that accommodates more than 100 game providers and over 80 payment service providers, ensuring complete adherence to compliance and responsible gaming standards across various regulated areas.

Seen.io and Xtremepush link up to add personalised video to iGaming CRM flows

Seen.io and Xtremepush have partnered to let iGaming operators trigger AI-powered personalised videos directly inside Xtremepush CRM and player engagement journeys. The companies said the integration is designed to add one-to-one video personalisation at scale without additional technical overhead for teams already using Xtremepush.

Under the agreement, Xtremepush customers can activate Seen.io videos across lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, first-time deposit (FTD) conversion, reactivation, VIP recognition and loyalty. Xtremepush sends player data to Seen.io via webhook in real time; Seen.io then renders a personalised video and thumbnail for delivery through the operator’s chosen channel.

The partners pointed to a shared customer, Superbet, as validation. Superbet ran a two-month A/B test using a Day 1 post-registration personalised welcome video sent via email versus a standard email onboarding sequence. The companies reported a +2.2 percentage point uplift in FTD conversions, 86% higher Net Promoter Score (NPS) among recipients, and engagement lifts including a 37% email open rate versus 29% average and a 7% video click rate versus 2.3% average. They also said 61% of video viewers felt “very motivated” to place a first bet, compared with 48% in the control group.

“The uplift in positive sentiment and motivation is fueling longer player lifecycles and higher retention rates. Seen.io has redefined our engagement strategy, and personalized video is now a cornerstone of how we build loyalty. With personalized videos, we’re seeing players explore and engage more,” said Andrei Popa, VP Online, Superbet.

Xtremepush said the partnership sits within its XP Partners Programme.

“iGaming operators have invested heavily in their CRM infrastructure, but the content they’re sending through it too often looks the same as everyone else’s. Personalised video changes that. When Seen.io joined the XP Partners Programme, it was a natural fit – a proven, high-impact capability that slots straight into how our customers already work. The Superbet results speak for themselves, and we’re excited to bring this to operators across our network,” said Robbie Sexton, Director of Partnerships & iGaming, Xtremepush.

Seen.io’s Marius Tungesvik, Director of Global Partnerships, added: “Xtremepush has built one of the most sophisticated CRM platforms in iGaming. What excites me is what happens when you layer personalised video on top of that foundation at exactly the right moment. Superbet is the proof: a 2.2 percentage point FTD uplift and an NPS nearly double that of standard email. Those aren’t marginal gains. It’s a testament to what can happen when great CRM infrastructure and personalised video work together.”

GR8 Tech updates loyalty, segmentation and churn tools ahead of World Cup traffic

GR8 Tech said it is upgrading its engagement and retention stack ahead of World Cup-related traffic, with changes spanning loyalty, automated churn-prevention mechanics, bonus selection, and player segmentation.

“The World Cup can drive acquisition at scale, but retention is what determines the commercial outcome,” said Kateryna Shevchenko, CRM Product Manager at GR8 Tech. “Tools that allow operators to react at the right moment, reward players clearly, and reduce the operational effort behind engagement maximize the event’s ROI—and that’s what we’re focusing on.”

On loyalty, GR8 Tech said its updated program is designed to make progression and rewards clearer, with points earned from casino and sports turnover and tiers unlocking improved reward conditions. The company said rewards include daily, weekly, and monthly cashback, with support for multicurrency and crypto environments, and that integrated risk and fraud tools can help operators respond to behavior changes and reduce bonus abuse.

For sportsbooks, GR8 Tech is introducing automated bonuses triggered by consecutive unsuccessful bets. Operators can set a losing-streak threshold; once reached, the platform triggers a reward within seconds of settlement, such as a sports bonus or free bet, the company said.

GR8 Tech is also updating bonus selection during registration and deposit flows. Inside the Payment Widget, players can choose, change, re-choose, or cancel bonuses, while segmentation is being expanded to target engagement mechanics by attributes including VIP status, loyalty level, and risk segment, the company said.

TMA said the enhanced integration adds deeper audience segmentation, including Optimove’s Target Group Discovery, to help operators build granular player profiles and activate engagement based on player behaviour and preferences.

The update also connects Optimove directly to TMA’s proprietary bonus engine, which TMA said allows operators to trigger and distribute personalised rewards within CRM journeys. Messaging can be orchestrated through Optimove across email, SMS, web and mobile push notifications, as well as inbox messaging.

Bjørnar Heggernes, CCO at The Mill Adventure, said: “We are focused on equipping operators with the right tools they need to deliver meaningful, data-driven engagement at scale.
