Enjin Announces Partnership With Square Enix to Make Branded Tokenized Collectibles Available Using Efinity
Enjin, the leading ecosystem for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), announced a partnership with Square Enix to launch a digital collection of Final Fantasy VII 25th Anniversary cards and figures on Efinity, a scalable, decentralized, cross-chain network designed to bring NFTs to everyone. The digital collectibles will be accessible to consumers who purchase items in the physical collection, which is expected to launch in 2023.
Consumers can pre-order the commemorative action figure starting today at the Square Enix Store. The deluxe physical product will include a code that can be redeemed for a digital version of the figure using the Efinity network, a next-generation blockchain for NFTs, powered by Enjin. Pre-orders for the trading cards will go live later this year.
Enjin is providing an alternative destination for eco-conscious blockchain developers, investors, and users. GR8_TECH has unveiled a redesigned brand identity positioned as a tech-native update for a digital-first iGaming market. The company said the new system goes beyond a visual refresh, aiming to better reflect how technology brands “think, move, and evolve.”
According to GR8_TECH, the identity uses a coding-inspired visual language, modular design principles, and a motion-first approach intended to work consistently across products, platforms, and future subbrands.
“This was never about changing the brand for the sake of change. GR8_TECH already had strong recognition and character,” said Iryna Ilchanka, Creative Lead at GR8_TECH. “Our goal was to sharpen it, to create a system that feels more future-ready and aligned with the level of technology and ambition behind the company.”
GR8_TECH said it approached the redesign as an evolving framework rather than a fixed brand guideline. “We didn’t want to create a static brand book. Rather, we wanted to build a living framework that can continuously evolve together with the business,” Ilchanka added.
