Shockwave.com boasts over 1.4 million active users spending an average of 9 minutes per session on the site, with subscriptions dating back as far as 14 years. With these updates, Enthusiast Gaming aims to position Shockwave.com as a go-to daily game site, competing with industry giants like The New York Times Puzzles and Games, while preserving its legacy as one of the oldest gaming sites on the web and capitalizing on its robust library of daily and other casual games such as Daily Jigsaw, The Daily SNOOP, and Fruit Merge.

Enthusiast Gaming Teams Up with Frigo Cheese Heads
Enthusiast Gaming Holdings announced that it has teamed up with Frigo Cheese Heads, the string cheese brand owned by Saputo for sponsored activations including a media sponsorship of NFL Tuesday Night Gaming’s (NFL TNG) Season 3 debut episode.
Frigo Cheese Heads sponsored the ‘Chomp or Peel’ segment of the debut episode of the popular gaming series in which talent was put on teams based on whether they “Chomp” or “Peel” their string cheese. Frigo Cheese Heads also sponsored two pieces of shoulder content, featuring Super Bowl champion T.J Ward and YouTube gaming sensation Matthew ‘MMG’ Meagher in which they discussed football and their Top 10 Team Power Rankings.

This premiere episode surpassed 7.4M impressions in the first week and built upon the success of this summer’s NFL FLAG SPECIAL. Showcasing the increasing popularity of NFL Kickoff, the season debut increased 30% on its well-regarded off-season episodes and displayed the continued growth of NFL Tuesday Night Gaming.

Enthusiast Gaming to Launch New Esports Publication
Enthusiast Gaming Holdings is going to launch a new premium online publication dedicated to the growing needs of today’s esports fans.
Combining content elements from the Company’s two existing esports coverage outlets, Upcomer and Daily Esports, Enthusiast Gaming will relaunch one unified esports publication later this spring.
The new publication, which will operate as Upcomer, will leverage its existing user and prediction engine, to create one of the most complete esports fan engagement experiences. Today’s esports fans crave more than just scores, stats, and editorial content. They want a more complete offering – one destination for all of their content and data needs. Upcomer is where the past, present, and future of esports will meet.
Upcomer will be led by former ESPN esports editor Sean Morrison. Enthusiast Gaming is planning a full reveal of its award-winning staff roster and management later this spring.

Enthusiast Gaming Plans to List on NASDAQ
Enthusiast Gaming Holdings is preparing to list its common shares on the NASDAQ Capital Market (NASDAQ).
In advance of the anticipated listing on the NASDAQ, Enthusiast Gaming will file a Form 40-F Registration Statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
“We continue to see strong interest from investors both in the U.S. and internationally. A US listing has been on our radar as one of the many strategies to execute as part of our business plan. On the back of the transformative acquisition of Omnia Media in Q3, the timing is right to proceed with a listing. The US is the largest capital market in the world and our most prominent territory in terms of both the Company’s audience and revenue. A NASDAQ listing is a natural next step for the Company,” Adrian Montgomery, CEO of Enthusiast Gaming, said.
The listing of the Company’s common shares on the NASDAQ remains subject to the approval of the NASDAQ and the satisfaction of all applicable listing and regulatory requirements. The Company will continue to maintain the listing of its common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol “EGLX.”
