Swintt takes it to the max in new Maximator slot

Sought-after software provider’s latest Premium Game cranks up the action with stacked wilds and a Wheel of Fortune feature where the electrifying MAXI jackpot can be won

Having already wowed players with popular Premium releases Win Eagle and Reels on Fire in recent weeks, Swintt has been back in the lab this month working on their latest slot creation – a new three-reel, five-payline, jackpot-packing powerhouse by the name of Maximator.

Like a lot of the titles that have gone before it in the Swintt Premium collection, Maximator draws on many of the hallmarks of classic land-based slots to provide a familiar and intuitive user experience. Played out across a 3×3 reel matrix, the slot uses fruit-themed icons such as cherries, plums and lemons and combines them with casino-style sound effects to recreate that gaming hall atmosphere.

Where Maximator differs from the fruit machines of old, however, is in the game’s exciting range of bonuses and features. For starters, the slot uses special wild symbols which can substitute for any regular base game icon to help complete winning paylines. Depicted as Swintt’s now-iconic wild fox, these important icons also appear stacked on the reels, which can be key to triggering full table wins.

The reason that this is so significant is Maximator’s other key feature – the Wheel of Fortune bonus round. In order to trigger this rewarding mini-game, players will need to successfully activate a full table win by filling all nine reel spaces with one base game icon. When they do this, the Wheel of Fortune will appear on the screen and they’ll be prompted to click or swipe to win an additional prize.

After spinning the wheel, the pointer will eventually stop on a segment containing a prize multiplier value of between 2x and 5x or – if players are especially lucky – the red MAXI space. Landing on the latter will activate the local MAXI jackpot, triggering the slot’s maximum payout of 800x players’ bet.

To help players access the Wheel of Fortune more regularly, Maximator also includes a second-chance respin feature. Activated whenever two out of the three reels are filled with one identical symbol or fox wilds, players will be granted a free respin to give them a second shot at triggering a full table win.

Finally, to round out the slot’s bonus features, Maximator also includes the popular Risk mini-game. Available after any winning base game spin, this optional extra enables players to double or quadruple the value of their current prize by correctly guessing the colour or suit of a hidden card respectively.
