Bets.io Teams Up with the Professional Fighters League (PFL) to Bring “Road to PFL Africa” to Sports Fans in cross promotional deal
Leading iGaming and sportsbook platform Bets.io have today announced a strategic content collaboration deal with leading MMA promotion, The Professional Fighters League (PFL) and its partnership for “Road to PFL Africa”.
Under the groundbreaking partnership, Bets.io and the PFL will work closely together to create engaging and informative content for MMA and betting fans around the globe, tailored to the “Road to PFL Africa” documentary series.
Earlier this year, PFL announced plans to launch PFL Africa, giving African fighters the opportunity to compete on a global platform.
As part of the deal, Bets.io will also become a trusted betting partner of the PFL and will provide fans with exclusive behind the scenes custom and original content of PFL’s journey towards the launch of PFL Africa, which will be distributed across the PFL and Bets.io owned social and digital channels. In addition, Bets.io will receive access to PFL fighters and PFL spokespeople. In return, PFL will promote Bets.io across its owned channels and give the brand a presence at future events that take place on the African continent.
Peter Murray, the CEO of PFL said “The PFL is excited to announce its groundbreaking strategic partnership with Bets.io. When it comes to online cryptocurrency gameplay, you need a winner’s mindset and Bets.io has just that. I’m thrilled to be working with them.”
He added: “Road to PFL Africa, through the lens of Bets.io, will give MMA fans around the globe an intimate look at the story behind PFL Africa. This partnership will help us engage with a wider audience and provide valuable insights as we progress towards the realization of PFL Africa.”
Upon the announcement of the deal Dmitrii Khasanov, Strategic Business Development Partner at Bets.io, said “All of us at Bets.io are massive fans of Mixed Martial Arts. It’s one of the fastest growing sports in the world and we’re excited to be partnering with one of the dominant brands in the sport. The PFL embodies the same principles we stand by at Bets.io – dedication, strength and the belief that anything is possible.
“Our platform is built for thrill seeking players who love to bet online, and we’re excited to see what this partnership unlocks for PFL fans and Bets.io players both now and in the future.”

What Does a Win Feel Like? WinSpirit Is Trying to Find Out
As competition among online casino operators increasingly centers on bonus size and game catalogs, WinSpirit is testing a different kind of engagement. The company has launched Euphoria Lab, a project built around an unusual premise for the industry: asking players not about payouts, but about feelings.
Players are invited to share the emotions, memories, and scents they connect with winning. Some describe it as the smell of rain before a summer storm, others mention morning coffee, sea breeze, or the charge in the air right before a result is announced.
The initiative sits within WinSpirit’s summer campaign, but its ambition reaches beyond typical promotions or gameplay mechanics. Euphoria Lab turns attention to the emotional side of play — the moments that stay with players long after a session ends.
Every response collected becomes part of a larger creative project WinSpirit intends to unveil later this year. The company has kept the details under wraps, saying only that the concept moves in a direction rarely seen in the online casino space.
Rather than the usual focus on numbers, odds, or promotions, Euphoria Lab asks a simpler question: not what a win pays out, but what it feels like.
The project is live now, with players across several markets already contributing their answers — a growing, community-shaped experiment with no fixed endpoint yet.
