GR8 SBC Summit: 50+ Meetings and a Keynote in Barcelona
GR8 Tech, a prominent iGaming solutions provider, made a notable appearance at the recently concluded SBC Barcelona held September 19-21.
The company exhibited a comprehensive range of solutions and products tailored to different target audiences within the iGaming industry at the stand CG414. With the entire sales team and several strong product specialists on the ground, GR8 Tech engaged in 50+ intensive discussions with potential clients’ stakeholders from both the operators’ and suppliers’ sides over two days.
“Chatting with potential partners was great in terms of perspective leads and gave me a real sense of where the market is heading,” commented Yevhen Krazhan, GR8 Tech’s Head of Global Sales. “It’s clear that operators should constantly evolve and adapt to maintain or grow their market share, which includes a whole set of challenges that GR8 Tech is set to address perfectly with customized solutions and products. The future of iGaming is exciting, and with the right collaborations, we’re looking forward to being a big part of it.”
Trends, insights, and the importance of personalization
From discussions and observations at SBC Barcelona, two predominant trends emerged that resonate with GR8 Tech’s core values and offerings.
First, the iGaming industry is experiencing a surge in interest in gamification as providers seek innovative ways to engage and retain clients. GR8 Tech is responding to this challenge with its advanced Bonus engine and a meticulously crafted CRM system tailored to meet the growing demand for engaging gaming experiences.
Moreover, the event highlighted the need for a more personalized approach at the operators’ stage. “Many operators have generic queries, making it clear that a deeper understanding of their real challenges is crucial,” noted Denys Parkhomenko, GR8 Tech CPO. “It’s not enough to offer something standard. Identifying the unique needs of each operator and offering bespoke solutions is where the real value lies.” This sentiment mirrors GR8 Tech’s lifetime partner mindset and a customized approach in an industry where many offers can sound eerily similar.
GR8 Tech’s thought leadership
GR8 Tech’s CEO, Evgen Belousov, joined the conference’s agenda with a keynote address titled “The power of tech solutions: launching and upgrading your iGaming operation.” Evgen delved into common challenges operators face and elaborated on how technological and human potential can be harnessed to alleviate these pain points.
Besides exhibiting, networking, and speaking engagements at SBC Barcelona, GR8 Tech held exclusive on-site interviews with top industry media outlets. To view these in-depth discussions, follow the updates on SBC News and iGaming Business.
Reflecting on the experience, Evgen Belousov said, “Every year, the SBC Summit gets bigger and more impressive. However, the similarity in propositions often makes it challenging for participants to genuinely distinguish themselves. At GR8 Tech, our focus remained on showcasing our unique approach backed by proven results. The outcome? A rewarding event with several promising leads. Stay tuned.”
Future events
In the coming months, GR8 Tech will be attending several industry events. The team will be ready to network at the SBC Summit Latinoamerica from October 31 to November 2. On November 13-17, GR8 Tech will be extensively present at SiGMA Europe, with several exhibition places and a keynote speaker on the conference’s agenda.

RubyPlay expands US footprint with West Virginia launch
RubyPlay, a studio-driven content ecosystem, has further strengthened its position in the regulated US iGaming market with its official launch in West Virginia, marking its third state entry.
The expansion brings RubyPlay’s distinctive portfolio of premium titles to the Mountain State, giving leading US operators access to high-performing games such as Vegas No Limit Wins SE, Mad Hit® Diamonds, and Mad Hit® Devil.
Operators in West Virginia will benefit from RubyPlay’s flexible content platform, built on shared technology, infrastructure, and distribution capabilities designed to meet individual partner requirements.
At the core of the offering is RubyPlay’s studio-based ecosystem, which includes market-specific studios like xSlots. These studios deliver localised content, bespoke game development, and faster time to market, helping operators create more tailored player experiences.
The move continues RubyPlay’s steady expansion across the US, following successful entries into New Jersey and Delaware. As the company builds momentum in regulated markets, the US remains a central pillar of its growth strategy, with plans to enter Pennsylvania in the near future.
“Our launch in West Virginia reflects RubyPlay’s ongoing commitment to expanding across regulated US markets,” said Dima Reiderman, Chief Commercial Officer at RubyPlay.
“Each new state allows us to strengthen our commercial presence while building valuable partnerships with leading operators.
“Through our studio-driven model, we enable operators to deliver content that aligns closely with their strategy and audience, creating more relevant and differentiated player experiences.”
