Paf acquires Swedish licensed gaming company Mandalorian Technologies
Paf acquires the Swedish licensed gaming company Mandalorian Technologies. Mandalorian runs the gaming sites No Account Casino, No Account Bet and Prank Casino. With the acquisition Paf will become one of the ten largest gaming companies in Sweden.
“We have been following Mandalorian Technologies closely for almost a year and we are impressed by the company. This is a company that did not exist two years ago and their journey has been fantastic,” says Paf’s CEO Christer Fahlstedt.
“The acquisition of Mandalorian Technologies is a clear signal of Paf’s long-term ambition to be a leader in the Swedish licensed market,” adds Christer Fahlstedt.
A high quality asset
Mandalorian Technologies has implemented Paf’s policies for AML and responsible gaming since the end of September 2019.
“That has been a crucial test for us, to see if they can successfully compete in a tightly regulated market and at the same time stay at the forefront when it comes to responsibility,” says Christer Fahlstedt.
“We are very impressed by the team and we are convinced that Paf and Mandalorian Technologies have a lot to learn from each other and we will complement each other very well,” adds Christer Fahlstedt.
Mandalorian Technologies has around 20 employees.

FDJ UNITED’s Online Betting & Gaming division gains access to Kambi’s complete library of sports odds to elevate its proprietary sportsbook offering
Kambi Group plc, the home of premium sports betting solutions, has signed an expanded Odds Feed+ agreement with FDJ UNITED, providing the operator with full access to Kambi’s extensive library of pre-match and live sports odds.
FDJ UNITED, which recently acquired Kindred Group, is now able to complement its in-house sportsbook offering with a bespoke selection of Kambi’s traded odds, which can be continuously iterated to support its pricing and offering strategy. Kambi will continue to supply FDJ UNITED with its Turnkey Sportsbook in markets which have yet to transition to its proprietary sportsbook.
The multi-year agreement builds upon an existing Odds Feed+ partnership, signed in February, for the provision of Kambi’s esports odds. Having already integrated Kambi’s Odds Feed+ API for esports, today’s deal provides FDJ UNITED and its sportsbook division with instant access to Kambi’s entire menu of sports odds, in line with their ‘best in class’ approach to both supplier integrations and in-house offering development.
Odds Feed+ is Kambi’s premium odds feed solution, engineered to deliver high-quality pre-match and live odds, as well as an extensive range of micro and player props markets, through a single API integration. Kambi’s odds are traded on its €17bn liquidity, ensuring sharper and more reliable odds, no matter the sport or league.
Werner Becher, CEO of Kambi Group, said: “We are delighted to agree this partnership with FDJ UNITED as we continue to expand the list of operators leveraging parts of our Odds Feed+ product. As the sports betting landscape becomes ever more competitive and complex, the need for a flexible, high-quality, trusted odds feed has never been greater. Given our vast experience in sports trading, along with our large global liquidity, we believe our Odds Feed+ solution will become the go-to odds feed for visionary operators, such as FDJ UNITED.”
Nils Andén, Chief Online Betting & Gaming Officer at FDJ UNITED, added: “Partnering with Kambi and expanding our Odds Feed+ agreement into selected sports is an important milestone as we continue the migration to our in-house sportsbook platform. Odds Feed+ gives us the quality, flexibility and control we need to tailor our sportsbook, while benefiting from the reliability and expertise of a true industry leader like Kambi.”

Black Cow
Black Cow Technology to transition into multiplayer game provider
Reading Time: 2 minutes
Software company will use its cutting-edge Multiplayer Remote Game Server (RGS) to produce its own content for the first time following a major shift in focus
Software development company Black Cow Technology is shifting focus to become a multiplayer content provider.
Black Cow is a renowned software company whose Single Player RGS, Jackpot Server and recently launched Multiplayer RGS are used by tier one operators and providers. For example, Draftkings and Interbloc use its Single Players RGS while PlayJeux and Light & Wonder use its Multiplayer RGS.
But now the company is transitioning into a multiplayer game developer as demand for multiplayer content continues to rise.
Black Cow will use its powerful Multiplayer RGS to create a portfolio of next-generation multiplayer content, which will be made available to select operators in regulated markets in North America and LatAm.
Its Multiplayer RGS has been built on the foundation of its proven Single Player RGS, live for more than eight years now, and is the only truly event-driven Multiplayer RGS in the market.
It can be used to build multiplayer gameplay across any game format, feature and functionality and facilitate any kind of interaction between players. This includes everything from slots and table games to crash, plinko, lottery, live dealer, bingo and non-gambling events.
To guide Black Cow’s move into multiplayer content creation, the company has made two key hires to date, including Ernie Lafky as Chief Product Officer and Shelley Hannah as Chief Operations Officer.
Ernie has been tasked with shaping the games Black Cow will offer, including how it will bring together the elements of multiplayer, gamification and social interaction, while Shelley will help steer the company’s move toward a product-first model, aligning technology, operations and delivery around the creation of multiplayer gaming experiences.
Black Cow is gearing up to unveil its Multiplayer product roadmap, and the company has said its games will be underpinned by the reliability, flexibility and robustness that it has built its reputation on over the past 12 years.
Max Francis, Black Cow Founder and CEO, said: “Having empowered operators and suppliers to push boundaries and create truly great content through our Single Player RGS, Jackpot Server and our Multiplayer RGS, making the move into in-house game development was a logical next step.
“We are passionate about multiplayer games and experiences and genuinely believe it’s what players will expect in the future – many actually expect it today.
“Our Multiplayer RGS has been designed to provide multiplayer gameplay across any game, format or event, and this means there’s tremendous scope for what we can do with our own content. And with Ernie and Shelley helping to steer the ship, I’m confident we can do great things.”
