Esportes da Sorte transforms Carnival 2026 into a nationwide immersive experience
Leading Brazilian iGaming company Esportes da Sorte has strengthened its position as a national platform focused on creating urban experiences, connecting popular culture, public services and territorial presence across different formats of the country’s biggest festival.
With simultaneous projects in nine Brazilian cities, the brand acts as an official sponsor in strategic public spaces and develops initiatives designed for those who experience Carnival directly in the streets.
The strategy continues a trajectory built over recent years, marked by investment in major cultural and popular events. More than visibility, Esportes da Sorte structures its presence through tangible public deliveries, with solutions that engage with the urban environment, the flow of the celebration and the unique characteristics of each city.
This positioning translates into a broad national project, covering everything from traditional and historic street blocs to electric trios, megablocs and major urban stages. Each location receives a specific action plan, with its own visual identity, a regionalised key visual and formats adapted to the local Carnival dynamics.
Among the main deliveries are initiatives focused on public comfort, especially refreshment actions, created to ease the heat and improve the reveller’s experience throughout the days of celebration. These efforts include fixed water misting structures, interactive gateways and mobile teams with spray devices, integrated along the parade routes and the natural flow of the streets.
In Olinda, the concept takes shape through the giant “Refresh Yourself” gateway, installed at one of the most symbolic points along the bloc route, inviting the public to walk through the structure amid the intensity of the festivities. In Salvador, the activations follow the rhythm of the electric trios and major blocs, with presence distributed across the city’s main Carnival circuits.
In Rio de Janeiro, the company’s efforts focus on the street Carnival experience, combining refreshment, hydration points and mobile shaded areas in regions with high concentrations of revellers. In São Paulo, the project spreads across the megabloc circuits, featuring a water truck, hydration stations and urban signage, offering practical support during the busiest days.
Recife plays a central role in the national platform. In Recife Antigo, the heart of the festivities, Esportes da Sorte delivers large-scale activations, including a standout Ferris wheel installed at Marco Zero, offering the public a privileged view of the main Carnival hub and the city’s historic landscape. The experience is complemented by urban interventions such as video mapping projected onto the iconic Chanteclair Building and an aerial installation along Rua Marquês de Olinda, turning public space into an active part of the celebration.
In 2026, Esportes da Sorte’s national Carnival platform has a presence in nine cities, seven of them state capitals. Recife, Olinda, Salvador, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo serve as anchor locations for the project, concentrating some of the main activities and experiences delivered throughout the Carnival period.
In addition to the physical structures, the initiative includes urban atmosphere design, sensory activations, public well-being initiatives and an integrated communications and content strategy, expanding the documentation and visibility of the experiences created in the streets.
“Creating experiences is part of Esportes da Sorte’s history. Our goal is to be present in a meaningful way at the country’s biggest popular celebration, respecting the identity of each city and delivering initiatives that truly make a difference for those living Carnival in the streets,” said Germana Casal, Production Coordinator at Esportes Gaming Brasil Group, owner of the Esportes da Sorte brand.
In 2025, Esportes da Sorte was present in more than 100 street blocs and Carnival parties across different regions of the country. For Carnival 2026, the company consolidates this track record into a structured nationwide project, reinforcing its leading role in Brazil’s biggest popular event.
