Some of the key highlights within IGT’s G2E booth will include:
Elevating Tiger and Dragon Success to New Heights
IGT’s Tiger and Dragon Multi-Level Progressive (MLP) slot game was a newcomer slot hit of the summer after landing three consecutive #1 finishes on Eilers-Krejcik’s NEW Games Premium Leased and Wide-Area Progressive (WAP) report. IGT is building on the success of the theme with the introduction of three new games: Tiger and Dragon Super Gong and Tiger and Dragon Super Bonus on the PeakCurve 49 cabinet, and Tiger and Dragon Super Arrow on the towering SkyRise cabinet. All three games include the engaging Tiger, Dragon, and Tiger and Dragon bonuses, and add “super” features by way of multipliers and “super arrow”.
Delivering Jackpots that Make You Want to Dance
IGT will shine a bright spotlight on Whitney Houston I Wanna Dance with Somebody Slots. Housed on the stunning Peak65 cabinet, this game leverages strong game mechanics and brings them to life via a spectacular brand. This is IGT’s second Whitney Houston-themed slot game following Whitney Houston Slots, which debuted in the #1 position on the Eilers-Krejcik’s NEW WAP games category. The game features a range of iconic Whitney Houston images, concert footage, and music, including smash hits such as “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” and “Where Do Broken Hearts Go” along with six compelling progressive jackpot levels.

Advancing High-Limit Play with New Mechanical Reel and Core Video Slot Content
At G2E, IGT will bring back its dedicated zone for high-limit slots, a segment of the market where IGT retains strong leadership. The area will feature mechanical reel games such as Cash Up Jackpots and Red White & Blue 2x3x5x Superstar Respin, and next-generation versions of player-favorite core video titles such as the Wolf Run Wild Moon, Twin Win Diamond, Twin Win Pearl, and Black Widow Grand games.
Extending Wheel of Fortune to Additional Product Categories and Hardware solutions
As previously announced, IGT will have G2E attendees cheering WHEEL-OF-FORTUNE! as the Company makes the legendary slot theme a centerpiece of its trade show exhibition. For the first time, IGT will extend the player-favorite brand to the video poker, ETGs and VLT product categories. These games pair the famous Wheel of Fortune brand with exciting gaming experiences like never before to complement IGT’s diverse Wheel of Fortune slots games portfolio. SYNOT Group at the Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas
In the first half of October, the prestigious international gaming exhibition, Global Gaming Expo (G2E), took place at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas. This event is a key gathering for leaders from the gaming industry worldwide. The exhibition, now in its 24th year, welcomed more than 350 exhibitors from over 115 countries.
Representatives from SYNOT Group also attended this significant event, specifically from SYNOT, SYNOT Games, and SYNOT Interactive. Those interested in collaboration had the opportunity to discuss future possibilities in both the land-based business and the igaming sector.
“Although SYNOT did not showcase its products at the exhibition, we held numerous business meetings with great future potential, including with the organizer of the G2E exhibition itself, with whom we are actively negotiating SYNOT’s participation as an exhibitor in the upcoming year of this event,” the company said.
“The G2E exhibition provided us with an ideal platform to meet with existing customers and establish new business contacts. Additionally, it introduced the latest innovations and trends shaping the future of the gaming industry.”

ITL’s NV4000 Multi-bill Recycler Proves Popular at G2E Vegas
Innovative Technology (ITL) reported a successful few days in Las Vegas at the recent Global Gaming Expo (G2E) held at the Venetian Expo. ITL showcased solutions from their two divisions – cash validation and age & identity technology – to suppliers and professionals from the gaming industry.
Lauren Fabbri, Business Development Manager for North America, said: “Our NV4000 was absolutely the star of the show in Vegas this year. This advanced, multi-bill recycler is ideal for redemption terminals due to its large multi-bill recycling capacity. This high volume recycler is perfect for ensuring continuous dispensing of cash, meaning fewer refills, giving any venue with a redemption terminal significant cost savings.”
Lauren continued: “It was fantastic to see our NV200 fully integrated in machines in so many booths at the show. We are experiencing significant expansion across North America with this casino grade, field-proven bill validator. With its ‘drop-in replacement’ design, operators can easily upgrade their existing machines to NV200 validators and we are seeing many go out in new cabinet builds across the many North American gaming markets. It was also great to see our NV9 being used in sports betting terminals – it’s compact design and vertical mounting makes this ideal for machines with limited space constraints.”
Innovative Technology also supply age and identity verification technology to the gaming industry to prevent access to age restricted machines.
Lauren added: “Our AI-powered devices which perform accurate age checks also proved popular with G2E visitors. MyCheckr, with an integrated camera and screen, can be used to stop minors from accessing age-restricted gaming zones to prevent underage gambling. The technology operates completely anonymously and does not store any data, so there’s no need to worry about data privacy. Plus, our solutions are available at a one-off fee with no residual subscriptions.”
Lauren concluded: “It was fantastic to see our NV200 and other cash handling solutions in so many booths at the show. G2E is always a great networking event and the team looks forward to following up on leads and welcoming new customers to Innovative.”

Merkur Showcased its Products at G2E with Great Success
As the global hub of the gaming industry, Las Vegas once again provided the perfect setting to showcase the latest innovations and trends at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E). From October 8 to 10, around 350 industry players from more than 100 countries gathered at “The Venetian Expo” to introduce their latest product solutions to gaming enthusiasts from around the world. As one of the few German companies, the Merkur Group was also present in the gambling metropolis to exhibit its impressive product portfolio to the international trade audience on a 625-square-meter exhibition platform.
“The Latin American gaming market, despite facing significant regulatory challenges, remains a crucial pillar of our international distribution network. The G2E, as one of the most important flagship trade fairs in the industry, provides the ideal venue to present our forward-looking product range and engage in meaningful dialogue with our LATAM customers. Moreover, the expo offers tremendous potential to increase the visibility of the Merkur sun logo on international markets, thereby further strengthening the brand beyond Europe’s borders,” said Jürgen Stühmeyer, Management Board member, Merkur Sales.
The main focus of Merkur Gaming’s product showcase was its Linked Progressive Jackpot Systems, which are particularly in demand within the global industry. The German gaming expert introduced two new systems – Link Wave and Clash Link – both of which quickly became crowd favorites at the expo. These jackpot systems stand out thanks to their exciting features, which make the gaming experience even more thrilling and diverse. The new Mod Ex cabinet family also attracted significant attention. Visitors were particularly impressed by the modularity of the cabinet, which allows customers to configure their preferred device with a variety of monitor, body, and base options.
In keeping with tradition, several other subsidiaries of the German Merkur Group traveled to “Sin City” to showcase their diverse and forward-thinking portfolios. The cash-handling specialists from GeWeTe once again demonstrated the strengths of their versatile and high-performance product range, which enables efficient and easy cash management at gaming locations. Additionally, the British subsidiary Bede Gaming presented its flexible iGaming solutions, while edict egaming captured attendees’ attention with its unique approach to game aggregation. For the first time, the two strategic partners Spintec and Gaming Arts also joined the Merkur booth, enhancing the trade show experience with their innovative gaming portfolios.
“The G2E 2024 has exceeded our expectations in every way. The new booth concept, which includes a larger footprint and stylish new design elements, was met with tremendous approval. Thanks to our outstanding product lineup – most notably the Linked Progressive Jackpot Systems Link Wave and Clash Link, as well as the Mod Ex cabinet family – we were able to impress visitors not only with our aesthetic presentation but also with our innovative products. The resulting fruitful and promising discussions leave us with a positive outlook on the trade fair and confidence in the future,” said Athanasios “Sakis” Isaakidis, Chief Executive International at Merkur Gaming.
