Betfred USA Partners with U.S. Integrity

Betfred USA and U.S. Integrity announced a partnership that will provide Betfred with monitoring software and tools that will play a pivotal role in preventing student-athletes, coaches, and staff from engaging in prohibited sports wagering.

Through their partnership with U.S. Integrity, Betfred will be provided access to ProhiBet, a technology that provides a secure and transparent method for sportsbook operators and sports properties to ensure that student-athletes, coaches, and administrative staff remain compliant with the intricate web of state regulations that govern sports betting activities.

Heap brings a wealth of experience in the field as the former head of the Colorado Division of Gaming’s sportsbook operations.

Betfred’s partnership with U.S. Integrity and ProhiBet is part of a two-fold approach to solidify the sportsbook operator oversight surrounding sports betting and prohibited bettors.

Betfred USA has appointed Kresimir Spajic as its new CEO.

Kresimir Spajic, a recognized online gaming industry leader, will spearhead the sportsbook’s vision, strategy, and operational execution across ten US states, which include the likes of Colorado, Ohio, and Nevada.

With decades of experience in both the domestic and international online gaming industry, Kresimir Spajic brings a wealth of expertise to Betfred. He has previously held various executive and principal consulting roles with organizations such as Great Canadian Entertainment, Apollo Global Management, Hard Rock International, Rush Street Interactive, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, Bwin, and more.

He holds a multidisciplinary graduate degree in management, law, and humanities from SDA Bocconi School of Management (Italy), University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland), and De Montfort University (England).
