Evoplay Entertainment steps into the jungle with Legend of Kaan
Provider re-invents the reel in epic Aztec adventure
Evoplay Entertainment, the innovative game development studio, has invited players on a magical quest for undiscovered riches with its latest slot, Legend of Kaan.
Set in the heart of the jungle before the days of the conquistadors, the Legend of Kaan offers everything a legendary Aztec adventure should contain, with magic, mysticism and an immersive jungle atmosphere.
Players should expect the unexpected on this mystical journey through Central America featuring snakes, totems and the Great Kaan awarding a treasure trove of prizes.
In an exciting first, the single reel spiral slot totalling 91 symbols takes the shape of a serpent, the size of which is increased in line with the number of win symbols unlocked.
As players spin the reels, winning combinations are achieved by lining up four symbols horizontally or diagonally with respins granted when new symbols are unlocked to build excitement for the next big win – keeping every player coming back for more.

Same providers, different games: Blask uncovers hidden patterns in LATAM casino lobbies
Casino lobbies across Latin America may look similar at first glance — but a deeper look reveals they operate on entirely different logic. According to new data from Blask, all five major region players (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Peru) share one common layer: Pragmatic Play consistently dominates the top 30 most-distributed titles, accounting for up to 16 positions in each market. But everything beyond that baseline tells a different story.
Crash games cluster in Brazil but not elsewhere
Brazil is the only market where crash-style mechanics achieve consistent visibility at the lobby level. Titles like Aviator and JetX both rank among the top 30, while similar formats are largely absent in the other four markets. At the same time, Brazil is the only country where a second provider, Pocket Games Soft, secures a meaningful share of distribution, driven entirely by its Fortune series. This dual pattern suggests a highly specific local demand profile rather than a regional trend.
Mexico runs on a tighter playbook
While Brazil expands, Mexico narrows. The market shows the highest concentration of Pragmatic Play titles and one of the most limited secondary layers. At the same time, it introduces isolated signals that don’t scale regionally such as the presence of Endorphina, which appears in the Mexican top 30 but nowhere else in the dataset.
Argentina breaks the pattern entirely
Argentina stands apart as the most fragmented market in the region. Its top 30 includes 15 different providers which is more than any other country analyzed. Unlike neighboring markets, where a handful of suppliers dominate, Argentina distributes visibility across a wide range of studios, particularly in live and table segments. The result is a lobby structure that resists standardization.
Chile shows how a single game can outperform the system
Chile closely mirrors Mexico in overall structure but with one key exception. A single non-Pragmatic title achieves near-ubiquitous placement across operator lobbies, becoming one of the strongest outliers in the entire dataset.This suggests that even in highly concentrated markets, individual titles can break through if they match local demand precisely.
Peru stretches the long tail further than anyone else
Peru takes the opposite approach to Mexico. While maintaining the same Pragmatic baseline, it distributes the remaining positions across 12 different providers, many of which do not appear in any other LATAM market analyzed. This includes both niche studios and legacy European brands such as Novomatic, pointing to a mix of underserved demand segments and alternative content sourcing strategies.
One region, no single playbook
The key takeaway from the analysis is simple: LATAM is not a unified market when it comes to content distribution. The same providers appear everywhere but the way their games are positioned, combined, and supplemented varies dramatically from country to country. For operators, this means that copying a successful lobby structure from one market to another is unlikely to work. Beyond the dominant layer, performance is defined not by regional trends, but by local player behavior and demand signals.

Plaza Hotel & Casino to open new High Limit Gaming Room this summer
The Plaza Hotel & Casino in downtown Las Vegas will open a High Limit Gaming Room later this summer, offering an exclusive slot play area with the newest, most popular games.
Located on the main casino floor, the Plaza’s new High Limit Gaming Room will be an intimate gaming space with approximately 60 state-of-the-art games, including several electronic table games, for an enhanced gaming experience.
“The Plaza continues to diversify its offerings to meet the changing needs of our guests,” said Jonathan Jossel, CEO of the Plaza Hotel & Casino. “Adding a High Limit Gaming Room is just another amenity we want to provide so our guests know they have a variety of gaming options at the Plaza, including an exclusive, comfortable, and personalized area for slot play.”
Jossel added that the High Limit Gaming Room is being added due to the Plaza’s growing slot business, new higher-end players making the Plaza home, and requests from longstanding customers.
To create a uniquely opulent ambiance, the design of the Plaza’s High Limit Gaming Room blends classic Las Vegas glamour with modern sophistication, featuring rich dark tones, gold Art Deco detailing, and plush upholstery.
The Plaza’s new High Limit Gaming Room will also offer players convenient amenities like a concierge desk where casino hosts can assist guests with booking dinner reservations at the award-winning Oscar’s Steakhouse, hotel room upgrades, reserving a cabana at the Plaza’s rooftop pool, and more.
Dedicated cocktail servers will provide personalized service to guests round-the-clock, while the room will also feature chilled beverages available to guests at their leisure. Additionally, guests will have convenient access to an ATM/TITO redemption machine installed for use only in the High Limit Gaming Room.
To ensure the experience in the new High Limit Gaming Room feels intimate and personalized, the Plaza capped its size to 2,000 sq. ft. It is also being designed with the functionality to transform into a private event room with ample counter space to accommodate party platters, buffets, and beverages.
The Plaza’s new High Limit Gaming Room will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and a grand opening event will be held later this summer.

During this time, he also held the role of Managing Director at London Clubs International, overseeing casino operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and contributing to the successful launch of new properties in Cairo, Glasgow, and Leeds.
Prior to his current role, Silberling served as CEO of Affinity Gaming in Las Vegas, where he drove significant operational growth, and as Chief Operating Officer of Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment, where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of properties including Mohegan Sun in Connecticut, Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, and international assets in Canada and beyond.
“Michael is a highly respected global leader whose experience across international gaming markets, operations, and strategic transactions makes him an exceptional addition to SCCG,” said Stephen Crystal, Founder and CEO of SCCG Management.
