BetConstruct Wins “Innovative Sportsbook Solution of the Year” at SiGMA Central Europe Awards 2025

BetConstruct has been recognised at the SiGMA Central Europe Awards 2025, receiving the Innovative Sportsbook Solution of the Year award. This achievement highlights the company’s continued focus on elevating retail betting experiences and supporting operators with solutions that create measurable business value.
This recognition is based on the impact of Loya: The Ultimate Loyalty Solution for Retail Betting, integrated into the BetConstruct Land-Based Solution. Loya responds to a longstanding challenge in retail operations: how to build lasting player engagement while maintaining a smooth and efficient shop experience.
It is the industry’s first platform designed to build a rewards programme without requiring complex player registration, delivering Anonymous Loyalty for retail betting. This approach preserves the familiar walk-in experience while enabling operators to encourage repeat visits and develop consistent customer relationships in a seamless manner.
From the player’s perspective, the Loya mobile application provides a clear and straightforward personal journey. Players can track their points, view their status, and work towards rewards that reflect their activity. Points may be earned through betting activity and operator-led campaigns. The integrated Loya Shop allows points to be redeemed for merchandise or betting-related benefits, supporting repeated participation and ongoing engagement.
Loya’s centralised back-office serves as the operational command centre. Operators can design loyalty structures aligned with their business goals, create custom programme tiers, and define how rewards are earned and distributed. Targeted campaigns may be launched to drive activity around selected sports, key events, or high-margin markets. The analytics dashboard provides insight into player behaviour, supporting data-driven decision-making and efficient long-term planning.
This award reflects the successful collaboration between BetConstruct teams and partners, resulting in the development and implementation of Loya. Loya strengthens the foundation of BetConstruct’s retail betting offering and demonstrates a commitment to practical innovation that supports sustainable business growth.
