IGT Delivers Upgraded Lottery Solutions to Tennessee Education Lottery with Nine-Year Contract Extension

International Game Technology PLC announced that its subsidiary, IGT Global Solutions Corporation, signed a nine-year contract extension with the Tennessee Education Lottery (“TEL”). The contract extension begins June 2027 and runs through June 2036. The TEL has been a valued IGT customer since 2004.

Under the terms of the agreement, IGT will deploy its high-performing Aurora central system, a feature component of IGT’s integrated lottery solution, OMNIA. Additionally, IGT will provide upgraded Wizard back-office business applications, replace existing terminals with newly launched Retailer Pro S2 terminals with WinCheck S2 peripherals, provide new Keno Show Controllers with WiFi capabilities and deliver communication network upgrades.

The upgraded technology will provide the TEL with intuitive, user-friendly applications, tools, and reporting capabilities. Components of the central system, including Performance Wizard, Sales Wizard, Learning Wizard, and Retailer Wizard will streamline operations for optimal functionality. The introduction of IGT’s high-performance, high-volume Retailer Pro S2 terminals with WinCheck S2 peripherals will enable the TEL to easily add new features across multiple point-of-sale terminals simultaneously and allow players to quickly and reliably see if they are draw game or instant ticket winners.

IGT has announced that it has signed a two-year contract extension with the Rhode Island Lottery to continue powering statewide retail and mobile sports betting in Rhode Island through at least November 2028 via IGT PlaySports technology.

“IGT is very pleased to continue our long-term relationship with the Rhode Island Lottery through 2028 and help generate important revenue for the State through its sports betting operations powered by PlaySports technology. IGT PlaySports continues to invest in the Sportsbook Rhode Island app to ensure the Lottery is offering a premier betting product that makes a positive impact on the State’s commitments to good causes,” said Joe Bertolone, SVP of Sports Betting at IGT.

IGT PlaySports, Caesars Sportsbook and the Rhode Island Lottery have teamed up to offer retail and mobile sports betting since 2018.

IGT presented its localised 4 Fortunes Link multi-level progressive to operators in Spain’s salones sector during a customer event in Madrid on November 20, introducing the title on the BINTIA 27 cabinet within the company’s Salones España portfolio.

The presentation took place at the Ginkgo Restaurant and Sky Bar and was co-hosted with gaming distributor Orenes Grupo. Attendees from the salones segment were invited for product demonstrations and discussions on the 4 Fortunes Link game configured for the country’s Amusement with Prize (AWP) environment.

During the event, IGT representatives showcased the gameplay of 4 Fortunes Link running on the BINTIA 27 cabinet. The cabinet is the newest component of the company’s offering for salones in Spain, and the session provided operators with a look at the features that define the MLP title.
