Segev LLP is expanding its team with the addition of seasoned lawyer Boaz Nahshoni who is called to practice in the State of New York and in Israel.
Boaz has extensive expertise in general corporate and transactional matters, including venture-backed private financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, having practiced at two of Israel’s leading law firms where he facilitated successful transactional outcomes for multinational clients. He will be bringing two decades of experience to the burgeoning Business, Technology, Intellectual Property, and Securities practice groups, representing a diverse roster of companies and respective board members and senior management in navigating complex business decisions for promised success.
