Hacksaw Gaming Makes Moves in Romania with New Skywind Group Deal

This January, we joined forces with Skywind Group, a prominent player in the Romanian online casino world. Hacksaw Gaming has achieved notable growth in Romania, a region which the company considers a key market. The collaboration with Skywind Group comes only a couple weeks after Hacksaw joined Soft2Bet for their debut launch in the Romanian iGaming market.
Under the terms of the deal, Hacksaw’s award-winning content has been integrated to Skywind Group’s largest casino brands princesscasino.ro, luck.com.ro, excelbet.ro and cashpot.ro. The launch made room for majority of the Hacksaw portfolio, including most recent releases Immortal Desire, Dark Summoning, 2 Wild 2 Die and Feel the Beat. Hacksaw Gaming boasts an exclusive New Supplier banner in the lobby, along with 3 games visible in the New section, and a dedicated Hacksaw Gaming category on the sites.
The partnership has entered the Romanian gaming sphere with notable impact, igniting plans for further developments. As Skywind Group bears significant standing among the top 5 operators in Romania, Hacksaw is already increasing its scope in the region with another two Skywind-owned brands pending, alongside plans to expand the partnership to other regulated markets in the near future.

The contact center achieved remarkable results in customer satisfaction, recording an 81% chat satisfaction rate, surpassing the industry average of 76%.
Totogaming stands out for its impressive payment speed. Statistics reveal that 15.50% of transactions are processed in under a minute, with 77.30% completed within 10 minutes. The brand is dedicated to supporting its customers, offering step-by-step guidance over the phone whenever they face challenges during transactions.
This marks the beginning of a long journey for TotoGaming, and the past year has clearly shown that the brand is determined to achieve every goal it sets for itself.
