Glitnor Group sets sights on Tigné Point switch
Having enjoyed a hugely successful first half to 2023 that has been driven by the unprecedented growth of its operator brands LuckyCasino and HappyCasino, and its B2B brand Swintt, iGaming heavyweight, Glitnor Group is relocating its head office to Malta’s prestigious Tigné Point.
The switch comes at an incredibly important time for the group, with Glitnor about to enter the next phase of its evolution following the appointment of Richard Brown as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer and is a fitting reflection of how much it has achieved over the past couple of years.
In January 2022, Glitnor set up residence in Sliema’s iconic Villino Zammit, however, company growth over the past 18 months has been such that even the famous landmark can no longer house the business’s rapidly-expanding workforce.
Instead, Tigné Point – which was one of Malta’s most ambitious and forward-thinking development projects when work began there in late 2000 – is now home to the main Glitnor Group HQ. Located on a picturesque peninsula in Sliema, Tigné Point is set against a stunning historical backdrop of Valletta’s bastions and the Mediterranean Sea and now provides a vibrant new home for Glitnor’s staff.
However, while the site of the company’s head office may be changing, the guiding values that have driven Glitnor to such success over the past few years will remain very much in place, with team members continuing to benefit from several initiatives designed to help them maintain a good work-life balance.
With these including flexible in-office hours and work spaces designed to encourage collaboration through creative meetings and breakout sessions, Glitnor’s focus on staff wellbeing coupled with the prestigious new location of its main headquarters should ensure that the group cements its reputation as one of the most sought-after employers not just in Malta, but in the wider iGaming industry as well.

Arena Racing Company awarded United Arab Emirates Gaming-Related Vendor License
Arena Racing Company (ARC) has been granted a Gaming-Related Vendor license from the United Arab Emirates’ General Commercial Gaming Authority (GCGRA), an independent entity of the UAE Federal Government with exclusive jurisdiction to regulate, license, and supervise all commercial gaming activities.
The license, operational with immediate effect, affords ARC the opportunity to provide its products and services to licensed operators in the region. Notably, the Racing1 Markets service, an all-in-one horse and greyhound racing solution delivered in conjunction with Racing1 alliance media rights partners at 1/ST CONTENT, Racecourse Media Group (RMG), and Tabcorp, alongside technical partner Pythia Sports. ARC has been added to the list of licensed vendors as per the GCGRA website.
