New York Knicks and SPORTFIVE combine efforts to secure team’s next jersey patch partner
The New York Knicks have selected global sports marketing agency SPORTFIVE to secure the team’s next jersey patch sponsor, it was announced today.
As part of the new relationship, SPORTFIV E will serve as the Knicks’ exclusive sales agency in the search for its next jersey patch partner. The agency will leverage its extensive market intelligence, unparalleled global sales network, and vast experience in securing the ideal global brand partner for the team’s jersey patch across domestic and international markets.
The Knicks jersey patch is one of the most exclusive and prominent sponsorship opportunities in all of sports. As one of the NBA’s original teams, the Knicks have a rich history and the team’s playing in New York City – the global epicenter of entertainment and finance – would give a prospective partner a significant spotlight. Along with the jersey patch, a partner would receive significant assets across the board through the diverse portfolio of MSG Sports & MSG Entertainment, which includes Madison Square Garden, The World’s Most Famous Arena, MSG Network, and other major venue, television, and digital exposure.
In addition to the jersey patch, SPORTFIVE will look for partnerships for the Knicks with international-based brands through the NBA’s International Marketing Program.

Rivalry Corp. Announces Significant Reduction in Operations and Evaluation of Strategic Alternatives
Rivalry Corp. announced that its Board of Directors has approved a significant reduction in operating activity as the Company evaluates strategic alternatives in respect of its assets and operations.
The Company is engaged in discussions with third parties regarding potential transactions. However, in light of recent performance volatility, the Board has determined to materially reduce the scale of operations while assessing whether a strategic transaction or other alternative can be advanced.
Effective immediately, the Company is implementing substantial cost reductions, including a significant workforce reduction and reduced operating expenditures. The Company has paused player activity on its platform and is facilitating player withdrawals in the ordinary course.
The Company is assessing a range of potential alternatives, which may include asset-level transactions, corporate transactions, restructuring initiatives or other strategic outcomes.
Given the Company’s reduced operating scale and the ongoing evaluation process, there can be no assurance that any strategic alternative will be completed or that operations will continue in their current form.
