GOAT Interactive Chooses Optimove as CRM Marketing Solution to Maximize Customer Lifetime Value
GOAT Interactive, the online betting and gaming operator, announced today a new partnership with Optimove, the leading CRM Marketing platform for the iGaming market. The Partnership demonstrates GOAT Interactive’s strategic investment in its ability to seamlessly orchestrate customer communications and personalization at scale across multiple channels by leveraging Optimove’s AI-mapped CRM Journeys.
GOAT Interactive, which focuses on the African market and counts Premier Bet and Premier Vegas as its core B2C brands, provides marketing consulting services to a portfolio of iGaming operators in various markets. The company fuels the rapid growth of African operators, such as Premier Bet.
Optimove’s CRM Marketing hub will enable the operator to create and maintain a single, 360-degree customer view, ensuring a personalized experience for each player. With Optimove’s AI-mapped customer journeys, operators will be able to orchestrate real-time and scheduled interactions, maximize player LTV, and measure the incremental impact of each player interaction.
