Blue Ribbon and SuperSeven team up to launch “SuperPots”

SuperSeven, the new online casino from Bet Seven Online, is set to launch in the first half of 2021 on Gaming Innovation Group’s (GiG) platform and will use BlueRibbon’s gamification solution as a significant component of its offering.
SuperSeven is taking a different approach to the online player experience. The partnership between BlueRibbon and GiG allows all of GiG’s operators to use the jackpot solution, but SuperSeven will be the first to launch the jackpots, furthering the brand’s objective of differentiating itself and providing a unique gaming experience.

Kambi Group plc held an Extraordinary General Meeting on the 18 November 2024 at Kambi, Hälsingegatan 38, 113 43 Stockholm, Sweden
Two resolutions were presented to the Meeting, namely (i) resolution A, being an ordinary resolution, and (ii) resolution B, being an extraordinary resolution.
Resolution A was approved, and accordingly the cancellation, on or after the 26 November 2024, of 1,374,678 ordinary ‘B’ shares having a nominal value of €0.003 each that the Company holds in itself, pursuant to article 106(6) of the Companies Act, Chapter 386 of the Laws of Malta, was approved.
The extraordinary resolution, namely resolution B, obtained one majority of two required in terms of Article 135(1) of the Companies Act (Chapter 386 of the Laws of Malta, the “Companies Act”), and in terms of Articles 48B.2(b) of the Articles of Association of the Company (the “Articles”). To this end, an Extraordinary General Meeting is being convened within 30 days of today’s Meeting, as per the proviso to each of Article 135(1) of the Companies Act, and Article 48B.2(b) of the Articles, to take a fresh vote on the proposed resolutions.

21VIRAL, the Latin American-focused games aggregator and solution provider, has onboarded Air Dice Group’s games portfolio.
21VIRAL, which is creating a streamlined integration, onboarding and transparent pricing in the iGaming casino and game aggregation supply vertical, announced the onboarding of Air Dice Group today.
The distribution deal allows 21VIRAL access to Air Dice’s complete portfolio of content. Air Dice specialises in strategy-influenced money games, which are in high demand across Latin America.
