EveryMatrix integrates FAST TRACK to enhance customer engagement for operators
Reading Time: < 1 minute
EveryMatrix is pleased to announce the recent integration with FAST TRACK CRM to boost player engagement across its network of operators, promote true real-time capabilities and help clients build better retention and acquisition campaigns.
FAST TRACK has been successfully integrated with GamMatrix, EveryMatrix’s PAM platform. EveryMatrix’s network of operators can increase ROI on marketing campaigns, better target groups of players and achieve a superior player engagement and less churn, all in real-time.
The FAST TRACK platform enables operators to manage all aspects of the player engagement from one central system, in real-time. Operators can also take advantage of FAST TRACK’s machine learning capabilities and flexible segmentation model to create truly personalised experiences for their players.
Ebbe Groes, Group CEO of EveryMatrix, comments: “We are pleased to work with FAST TRACK, the industry’s up-and-coming player engagement platform. FAST TRACK has developed an agile and highly efficient platform which can be successfully used by any ambitious operator out there.
“The integration was done via our DataHub product which offers real-time push notifications of all transactions and player updates across all the EveryMatrix products. I am a strong believer in real-time marketing which can make or break any campaign on both sports and casino.”
Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and CEO of FAST TRACK, says: “We are very happy to be working with EveryMatrix and to be able to offer the FAST TRACK platform to their network of operators. We believe our platform will add a lot of value alongside EveryMatrix’s suite of products and are looking forward to seeing how operators will use the combined power of our technology.”

- Interactive video content, demo pods, and customer success stories detailing EveryMatrix’s largest turnkey and best-of-breed projects and how its clients have achieved record numbers because of its advanced technology

EveryMatrix live with first omnichannel customer ArenaCasino in Croatia
EveryMatrix is live with ArenaCasino, delivering its first omnichannel turnkey platform partnership and one of its largest projects of 2024.
For the first time, the iGaming industry’s fastest growing provider has integrated both online and retail sports and casino technology with a tier-1 customer that has an extensive land-based and digital presence.
The partnership marks EveryMatrix’s first entry into Croatia, further diversifying its regulated market mix.
The new EveryMatrix powered omnichannel tech stack will replace ArenaCasino’s existing casino and sports platforms and transform its shop estate and online brand, providing retail, online and mobile customers with the ultimate, seamless multi-channel experience including a new single wallet.
The omnichannel rollout is the first since EveryMatrix’s strategic acquisition of sports betting retail software developer Leapbit. EveryMatrix has since enhanced Leapbit’s retail offering with extensive live betting options, thousands more markets, a new front-end across Self Service Betting Terminals (SSBTs), new live betting screens as well as new features that ArenaCasino did not previously have including Cash Out and BetBuilder.
ArenaCasino has established extensive retail and digital market share with more than 160 locations across Croatia including SSBTs, betting shops and slot machine clubs, and plans to expand its market presence to between 300 and 400 locations in the next two years. It is the country’s only locally owned gaming and betting brand.
It is the most recognised casino brand in Croatia and was the final operator to be granted a sports betting licence in 2019, with ambitions to accelerate its sportsbook growth through the integration of OddsMatrix, EveryMatrix’s turnkey omnichannel sportsbook.
In retail ArenaCasino will benefit from the provider’s dedicated retail SSBTs, Over the Counter services, Odds Wall digital displays and much more. Online will be further bolstered by EveryMatrix’s market-leading CasinoEngine with the aim to accelerate casino growth.
Ebbe Groes, CEO & co-founder, EveryMatrix, said: “Partnering with a brand as respected as Arena to roll out our first omnichannel offering is a natural fit and builds on the significant momentum we’ve enjoyed at OddsMatrix and across the Group.
“Today’s news marks the first of many chapters in our omnichannel story and we’re confident our advanced turnkey products will elevate the everyday experiences of ArenaCasino players while improving the operational efficiencies of our new multi-channel partner.”
Hrvoje Delalic, CEO, ArenaCasino, said: “We’ve grown rapidly in recent years but were limited in what we could do with our previous technology. We have huge growth ambitions and we firmly believe EveryMatrix is the ideal partner as we bid take both our retail and online product offering to the next level.
“We’re confident this intuitive and multi-layered, contemporary technology will deliver a richer, seamless and more rewarding user experience to our extensive customer base.”

EveryMatrix, BetBlocker and the Responsible Gaming Foundation Malta join forces to translate BetBlocker into Maltese
Supporting safer gambling in Malta is the focus of a new partnership between EveryMatrix, BetBlocker and the Responsible Gaming Foundation. The collaboration will see BetBlocker expand its services to include a Maltese version of its award-winning blocking software.
This project is launched as part of European Safer Gambling Week 2024 to provide both an additional tool to support Maltese players looking to manage their access to gambling and to raise the profile of the free, anonymous to use, service BetBlocker provides within one of the key international hubs for the igaming industry.
Duncan Garvie, Founder and Trustee for BetBlocker, said: “One of the biggest challenges for BetBlocker is ensuring that a technologically complex app is as simple as possible for users to set-up. Currently, BetBlocker can take a user from download to blocked in under 2 minutes.
But that is only the case where the user finds the set-up instructions easy to engage with.
“Where a user is able to access BetBlocker in the language that they are most confident in, the chances of them converting to an active block is far higher.
“We’re really grateful to EveryMatrix and the RGF for their partnership on this project. It significantly improves the options for Maltese players and will go a long way in terms of raising awareness of the support that BetBlocker offers amongst MGA licensees.
“We hope that in the future, the MGA will advance their player protection standards with the inclusion of requirement for licensees to signpost blocking software to ensure players are aware of this option.”
Jake Cachia, Head of Compliance, EveryMatrix, added: “We’re delighted to be able to support BetBlocker and the RGF with this important initiative in Malta, particularly in time for Safer Gambling Week.
“EveryMatrix is proud of its commitment to safer gambling and player protection while producing market leading gaming solutions, and partnerships such as underlining how crucial it is to keep making a difference.”
Kevin O’Neill, General Manager for the Responsible Gaming Foundation, shared these thoughts on the project: “The Responsible Gaming Foundation is proud to collaborate with BetBlocker and Everymatrix on this initiative, furthering our mission to support safer gambling practices in Malta.
Translating BetBlocker into Maltese is a significant step towards accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring that players can effectively manage their gambling habits in their native language.
This project demonstrates the power of partnerships in enhancing player protection and underscores the importance of providing players with tools that promote responsible decision-making. As we launch this initiative during European Safer Gambling Week 2024, we remain committed to contributing to an environment where innovative solutions, such as BetBlocker, can meaningfully impact safeguarding our community.”
