Leading iGaming content provider Pragmatic Play has seen its Live Casino portfolio available with renowned operator LeoVegas, after signing landmark agreement. LeoVegas’ customers will now have access to a wide selection of online streamed games from Pragmatic’s live dealer portfolio, which ranges among the industry’s most-cutting edge solutions.
The news reinforces Pragmatic’s commitment to expansion in regulated markets, with the tier-one Nordic operator holding licences in Sweden, Malta, Germany and Denmark, among others.

Latest move continues North American expansion for popular provider

Independent slots studio Thunderkick has gone live in Ontario for the first time with international operators PokerStars and LeoVegas.

The jurisdiction is a key focus for the provider alongside markets such as Italy, Portugal, and its homeland of Sweden.

Ontario also marks the latest step in Thunderkick’s long-term North American strategy, which will see the studio roll out game releases and commercial deals throughout the rest of 2024.

The licence allows the provider to partner with a range of operators in the region, which has proven to be buoyant since it came online in 2022.

As part of the move, a number of acclaimed titles will become available to PokerStars and LeoVegas players in Ontario. These include an initial offering of 12 Bolts of Thunder, Xterminate, Midas Golden Touch 2, Beat the Beast: Dragon’s Wrath, and Midas Golden Touch Reborn, which will be accessible within a month of the launch.

Thunderkick has positioned itself for major growth following this important milestone, especially in North America, where it has recently entered the US social casino industry.

During Saturday’s Football League One match against Shrewsbury, Blackpool FC’s regular front-of-shirt sponsorship will promote the nationwide ‘Safer Gambling Week’ campaign. Blackpool FC is the only club this weekend to feature this important message, thanks to the brand placement that has been donated by the club’s principal partner, LeoVegas. This initiative aims to raise awareness and promote the importance of gambling responsibly. 

As the official principal partner of Blackpool FC, LeoVegas has been showcasing its brand on the front of the first-team adult shirt since July this year. The partnership offers an opportunity not only to promote the greatest igaming experience but also to emphasise the importance of gambling in a safer way. In support of the cross-industry initiative ‘Safer Gambling Week’ in the United Kingdom and Ireland, LeoVegas Group is replacing the shirt’s ordinary branding with ‘Safer Gambling’ logos. Blackpool FC’s first team will wear the special match kit at the Football League One match against Shrewsbury Town FC on Saturday, 18 November. Blackpool will be the only club that weekend to showcase these logos on their shirts, highlighting the commitment to the campaign.
