MGCB: iGaming, Sports Betting Operators Report $335.7M in November Revenue
Michigan’s commercial and tribal internet gaming operators reported a combined total of $335.7 million in gross receipts from internet gaming (iGaming) and internet sports betting for November. This reflects a 4.7% decrease compared to October.
Monthly Gross Receipts
iGaming gross receipts for November totaled $248.4 million. Gross sports betting receipts were $87.3 million, which are the highest internet sports betting gross receipts reported to date. The previous high was achieved in January 2025, when they were $83.0 million.
Monthly Adjusted Gross Receipts
Combined adjusted gross receipts (AGR) for iGaming and internet sports betting reached $298.0 million in November. Of that total, $233.3 million came from iGaming, and $64.7 million came from internet sports betting. This marks a 10.9% decrease in iGaming AGR and a 31.4% increase in sports betting AGR compared to October. Year-over-year, iGaming AGR rose 14.7% and sports betting AGR increased by 74.7% compared to November 2024.
Monthly Handle
The total internet sports betting handle was $631.1 million in November, a 4.2% increase from the $605.9 million recorded in October.
Monthly State Taxes and Payments
Operators reported submitting $53.0 million in state taxes and payments in November, including:
• iGaming taxes and fees: $48.5 million
• Internet sports betting taxes and fees: $4.5 million.
Monthly City of Detroit Taxes and Payments
Detroit’s three commercial casinos reported $14.4 million in wagering taxes and municipal services fees paid to the City of Detroit in November, including:
• iGaming taxes and fees: $13.0 million
• Internet sports betting taxes and fees: $1.4 million.
Monthly Tribal Operator Payments
Tribal operators reported $5.5 million in payments made to their respective governing bodies in November.

As of November 2025, 15 commercial and tribal operators have been authorized to offer iGaming and/or internet sports betting in Michigan. Currently, 11 operators offer internet sports betting, and 14 offer iGaming.

MGCB: iGaming, Sports Betting Operators Report $285.2M in June Revenue
Michigan’s commercial and tribal internet gaming operators reported a combined total of $285.2 million in gross receipts from internet gaming (iGaming) and internet sports betting for June. This reflects a 5.4% decrease compared to May.
Monthly Gross Receipts
iGaming gross receipts for June totaled $240.6 million, down from $251.47 million in May. Gross sports betting receipts were $44.6 million, down from $49.96 million recorded in the previous month.
Monthly Adjusted Gross Receipts
Combined adjusted gross receipts (AGR) for iGaming and internet sports betting reached $256.5 million in June. Of that total, $226.0 million came from iGaming, and $30.5 million came from internet sports betting. This marks a 4.3% decrease in iGaming AGR and a 14.4% decrease in sports betting AGR compared to May. Year-over-year, iGaming AGR rose 37.3%, while sports betting AGR increased by $58.7 million compared to June 2024.
Monthly Handle
The total internet sports betting handle was $302.7 million in June, a 21.6% decrease from the $386.1 million recorded in May.
Monthly State Taxes and Payments
Operators reported submitting $48.9 million in state taxes and payments in June, including:
• iGaming taxes and fees: $47.1 million
• Internet sports betting taxes and fees: $1.8 million
Monthly City of Detroit Taxes and Payments
Detroit’s three commercial casinos reported $12.3 million in wagering taxes and municipal services fees paid to the City of Detroit in June, including:
• iGaming taxes and fees: $11.8 million
• Internet sports betting taxes and fees: $527,932
Monthly Tribal Operator Payments
Tribal operators reported $5.8 million in payments made to their respective governing bodies in June.

GAN Announces Recent Appointment of Seamus McGill to Chief Executive Officer
GAN Limited, a leading North American B2B technology provider of real money internet gaming solutions and a leading International B2C operator of Internet sports betting, announced that Seamus McGill has recently been named the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. McGill had previously been serving in an interim capacity.
Mr. McGill’s will remain on the Company’s board of directors and will be focused on guiding the Company toward a timely closing with Sega Sammy Creation Inc.

Michigan iGaming, Sports Betting Operators Report $169.3M in June Revenue
Michigan commercial and tribal operators reported a combined $169.3 million total internet gaming (iGaming) gross receipts and gross sports betting receipts in June. Gross receipts decreased 8.9% compared to May results.
June iGaming gross receipts totaled $151.0 million and gross sports betting receipts totaled $18.3 million. In May 2023, iGaming gross receipts were $150.6 million and gross sports betting receipts were $35.2 million.
Combined total iGaming and internet sports betting adjusted gross receipts (AGR) for June were $146.1 million, including $136.9 million from iGaming and $9.2 million from internet sports betting — representing a 1.0% increase and 58.0% decrease, respectively, compared to May 2023. Compared to June 2022 reported revenues, iGaming AGR was up by 25.1% and sports betting was up by 83.9%.
Total internet sports betting handle at $227.9 million was down by 21.0% from the $288.3 million handle recorded in May 2023.
The operators reported submitting $28.9 million in taxes and payments to the State of Michigan during June, including:
- Internet gaming taxes and fees: $28.4 million
- Internet sports betting taxes and fees: $545,632
The three Detroit casinos reported paying the City of Detroit $7.4 million in wagering taxes and municipal services fees during June, including:
- Internet gaming taxes and fees: $7.1 million
- Internet sports betting taxes and fees: $286,569
Tribal operators reported making $3.5 million in payments to governing bodies in June.
During June, a total of 15 operators offered internet gaming and internet sports betting.
