21VIRAL Speeds Up Game Integration Time for Operators
21VIRAL, the game aggregation provider focusing on Latin America today, confirmed it is committed to raising the industry standards by introducing next-generation AI technology via its GameConnector platform. This AI technology is designed to ‘speed up’ integration between operators and game content studios, reducing the time from months to weeks.
21VIRAL was founded by industry entrepreneurs with 20+ years of successful experience building and streamlining high-tech supply chain platform technology solutions and enhancing commercial benefits to stakeholders.
Christoph Härtel, CEO of 21VIRAL, emphasized the company’s customer-first approach. He stated, “Our goal is to build a product and solution experience that truly meets the needs of our customers. This is why we decided to specialize in the Latin American market, given its current and expected growth rates.”
“We looked at market-product fit and listened to operators seeking unique game content for their local market in weeks rather than months. So, we launched GameConnector, which will be debuted at the SBC Summit in Lisbon.
The 21VIRAL GameConnector is the equivalent of an engineering hub. It reduces integration headaches for operators and game providers, increases speed to market by using AI, and includes transparent game pricing and commission reporting, which is also a headache for operators in terms of figuring out which games make them money.
We have onboarded several industry-established operators and game providers in record time using AI to facilitate faster and more streamlined workflows. However, one of the limiting factors of scale-up businesses, especially if you are an operator or game provider, is the technical integration expertise and market access within the supply chain.
Part of the solution to these problems is commercial pricing transparency and integration support, so we have created more accessibility for onboarding operators and game providers. GameConnector will be the enabler for all the technical integration, heavy lifting, and onboarding. We will also offer reverse integration, a process where we integrate our GameConnector Platform into their systems, thereby reducing their work effort. Therefore, the operators have little to zero work effort – it’s a win-win for all parties involved.”

We had a great reception at the recent Caribbean Gaming Show (CGS) held in Recife, Brasil, proving that our casino and games aggregation services are in demand with operators and games studios alike. Luz has joined our growing team, with partners across Latin America at the right time and will further drive our sales, business development, and customer experience.”

21VIRAL Game Aggregation Solution for Latin America
21VIRAL, which aims to create a simplified technical integration, and onboarding in the iGaming casino and games aggregation supply vertical, today announced the launch of their industry-first new platform, 21VIRAL targeting the fast-growing Latin American market.
21VIRAL was founded by industry entrepreneurs, who have 20+ years of successful experience building high-tech supply chain and adaptive platform management solutions together.
Christoph Härtel, CEO of 21VIRAL, said: “We have been steadily building and scaling our aggregation platform and solutions over the past few years, focusing on the rapidly growing Latin American market. As a result of understanding various industry pain points such as integrating game providers’ content to operator platforms, lack of support on due diligence and technical onboarding and localised market access – something had to change which is the launch of our LatAm focussed aggregation solution”.
“We created the 21VIRAL aggregation solution, which reduces operational burdens on technology, marketing, due diligence and games reporting and creates market access for smaller localised boutique games providers across Latin America. The goal is to create a seamless experience of transparency, agility and trust, with no hidden or complicated reports, to allow LatAm focussed iGaming teams to concentrate on developing the business without being stuck in constant impasses to find new games providers and likewise new platform providers to connect with”.
“Part of the solution is enablement with all the technical integration, heavy lifting, onboarding. One of our first clients, is Air Dice studio who have already signed multiple deals with operators in the LatAm region. Many smaller boutique game providers in other territories, such as continental Europe lack the commercial and technical distribution to enter LatAm – we do all that from them – and the operator gets access to the unique games content in the supply chain that can enhance their player’s engagement and revenue opportunities.”
