Internet Vikings Signs New Long-term Deal with Playstar Casino
Internet Vikings has announced that they will continue to support Playstar Casino’s expansion into the US throughout 2022.
Global hosting services provider has recently confirmed that they have just reinforced their partnership with the international online casino provider by entering another long-term agreement in yet another state – Pennsylvania, where Playstar is expected to commence its operations in Q1 2022.
The Swedish-based casino has an incredible and ambitious start mapped out for their U.S. expansion with New Jersey being the first state on American soil in which they are to begin their operations in early 2022. Followed by the second largest American iGaming market – Pennsylvania – later into the year.
“We are very enthusiastic about our growth into the American gaming landscape. Even more so, we are glad to proceed together with a trusted partner. Sportsbook and iGaming hosting in the US presents a number of challenges and Internet Vikings have proven themselves to be reliable, innovative and incredibly supportive, so we look forward to working with them in New Jersey and Pennsylvania,” Adam Noble, Chief Business Development Officer of Playstar, said.
“It is a great pleasure for us to have Playstar Casino as our client. Getting them set up in Pennsylvania is evidence that our collaboration will go from strength to strength. Entering two largest U.S. iGaming markets is a great achievement and we will support them in every way possible as they continue on this exciting journey,” Rickard Vikström, founder of Internet Vikings, said.
“Like for many other gaming companies coming to the U.S., we are glad to be able to offer our support to Playstar, as we recognise what a crucial part of their business evolution this is. Our love of the game and genuine dedication combined with leading-edge innovation gives our clients a strong sense of trust in us and our products. We will continue to lead the way for them and others as the U.S. market blossoms,” Rickard Vikström added.

Internet Vikings Enters into Partnership with Playstar Casino
International hosting supplier Internet Vikings has announced a long-term partnership with PlayStar Casino in the United States. They will support the Swedish online casino operator’s advances into the U.S. market by providing them with bespoke iGaming-specific hosting services in New Jersey, where Playstar is expected to commence its operations in early 2022.
Adam Noble, Chief Business Development Officer at PlayStar, said: “We are thrilled to enter this agreement with Internet Vikings to support our launch into New Jersey. Sportsbook and iGaming hosting is a very different landscape in the US compared to Europe that presents a number of challenges. This partnership allows us to get on with our core business, safe in the knowledge our technology stack is in good hands.”
Internet Vikings, having earned itself the reputation as the leading hosting services provider for iGaming businesses across Europe, began its expansion into America in July. In less than two months the company has successfully established itself in West Virginia and Colorado. It is now proud to announce its launch in New Jersey.
Peter Ekmark, CEO of Internet Vikings, said: “We are extremely proud for two reasons. First of all, entering New Jersey is an achievement on its own. Currently, it’s the most sought after, yet difficult to enter, state in the US.”
“Secondly, we are very excited to continue this journey alongside our clients who place their trust in us and our products to support them at such a pivotal stage of their business lifecycle. And we are not planning to stop here. We will continue to expand and transform so that we can fulfil the needs of our clients at every step of their growth process.”
