Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) Launches New GLIAccess Customer Portal
Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has launched an all-new update to its GLIAccess customer portal. The new GLIAccess is complete with client project tracking capabilities, streamlined approvals and onboarding, and improved functionality, all designed to further remove friction from engagement through submission.
“We are constantly analyzing every customer touch point and making improvements to our service levels. The new GLIAccess is the latest example of that commitment. For the last 21 years, GLIAccess has been an important tool for our clients. Now we are excited to launch this new version because it provides an even better customer experience with significantly improved features, enhanced self-service, and a wealth of information at your fingertips, making everything more efficient for today’s gaming industry,” said GLI Chief Revenue Officer Ian Hughes.
Available 24/7, the new GLIAccess, improves the customer journey now and was built to easily allow the addition of new features, several of which are already planned for release later this year.

GLI Promotes Malvina Mikaelian and Reenesh Mahabeer to Senior Directors of Engineering
Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has promoted Malvina Mikaelian and Reenesh Mahabeer to Senior Directors of Engineering.
Mikaelian has been with GLI for 22 years and is based in the Las Vegas lab. Over her history with the company, she has opened GLI’s South Africa and Las Vegas labs and has led the technical group through the most dynamic advances in gaming technology.
“Malvina brings a proven track record of technical leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. In her new role, she will lead strategic engineering initiatives, strengthen organizational execution, and help drive the next phase of innovation and growth for the global land-based division,” Andrea Bossard, Vice President of Engineering at GLI, said.
Mahabeer is based in GLI’s South Africa lab and has been with the company for just under 20 years, working his way from a Senior Engineer to his current position as Senior Director of Engineering. He has led his team through multiple changes in the South African gaming landscape, in both land-based and iGaming.

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has had a robust presence in Melbourne since it opened the lab in 2007. The company and its presence in Melbourne is stronger and bigger now that GLI has moved to a new lab location in the city.
The move was necessitated by GLI’s continually growing operations, and the upgrade to a larger facility in South Melbourne physically positions GLI even closer to many of its customers. GLI also operates labs in Adelaide and Syndey.
