Games Valley names Shaun Hart CFO
Former Bragg Gaming Group finance director and ex-Pariplay CFO joins as aggregator targets regulated-market growth.
Games Valley has appointed Shaun Hart as Chief Financial Officer as the games aggregator continues its expansion across regulated markets.
Hart joins from Bragg Gaming Group, where he most recently served as Finance Director. He previously held the CFO role at Pariplay, which later became VP of Finance at Aristocrat Interactive following Aristocrat’s acquisition of Pariplay.
Games Valley said Hart will oversee its financial strategy, support commercial expansion and help build the operational foundations needed for growth in regulated markets. Ariel Reem, CEO at Games Valley, said: “Shaun brings exactly the kind of experience we need as Games Valley enters its next stage of growth. He has worked at some of the most respected companies in the sector and understands what it takes to scale an iGaming business in a structured, sustainable way. His appointment is another important step in building a company that can support operators and suppliers at scale across regulated markets.”
Shaun Hart, CFO at Games Valley, added: “Games Valley has a clear vision for where aggregation is heading, and I am excited to be joining at such an important moment for the business. What attracted me was the combination of ambitious leadership, innovative technology and a clear focus on long-term value creation. I look forward to helping the business scale efficiently, strengthen its financial operations and support the next phase of its growth.”
The hire follows a series of leadership changes at Games Valley in recent months. In May, Tereza Melicharkova joined as Marketing Director, while Reem was appointed CEO in January and Rob Dowling joined as Advisory Chief Strategy Officer in February.

Games Valley adds Imagine Live content to its live casino aggregation platform
Deal brings Imagine Live’s 100+ active tables and multilingual studios in Armenia, Romania and Spain to operators via a single integration.
Games Valley has partnered with Imagine Live to expand its live dealer catalogue, adding the supplier’s live casino content to the Games Valley aggregation platform via a single integration.
Imagine Live operates live dealer studios in Armenia, Romania and Spain, and said it surpassed more than 100 active tables last year. The supplier also offers language-specific tables aimed at supporting localized live casino lobbies across markets.
Under the agreement, operators on Games Valley will be able to access Imagine Live’s live dealer titles, including classic table games and game show-style formats.
Ariel Reem, CEO at Games Valley, said: “Live casino has become one of the most important verticals for operators, but building a strong live casino lobby can still be complex, fragmented and time-consuming. At Games Valley, our role is to remove that complexity, bringing some of the best selection of live dealer content on the market via a single integration. We’re delighted to welcome Imagine Live to our growing live casino portfolio.”
Nadiya Attard, CCO at Imagine Live, added: “Games Valley has built a strong reputation as a modern, flexible aggregation partner for operators that want access to premium content without unnecessary integration friction. We are excited to make our live casino portfolio available through the platform and look forward to supporting operators across multiple regulated markets. Brazil is a particularly important focus for us, and we see significant opportunities to further expand our presence in the country’s fast-growing regulated market.”

Games Valley names Tereza Melicharkova Marketing Director
Games Valley has appointed Tereza Melicharkova as Marketing Director, adding a senior marketing hire as the iGaming aggregator targets growth across regulated markets.
Melicharkova previously led marketing at several suppliers, including Elantil, Glitnor Group, Swintt and Relax Gaming.
“Tereza is one of the most recognisable and respected marketing leaders in iGaming, and we are thrilled to welcome her to Games Valley at such an important stage in our journey,” said Ariel Reem, CEO at Games Valley. “Games Valley is building something very different in the aggregation space, and Tereza is the perfect person to help us spread the word.”
Her remit includes strengthening Games Valley’s brand presence, supporting commercial expansion and communicating the company’s aggregation proposition. “Games Valley has the energy, ambition and product thinking that make this such an exciting opportunity. This is a company with strong technology, a bold leadership team and a genuine appetite to challenge how aggregation is done. I’m excited to help shape the brand, tell that story and support the company’s next phase of growth,” Melicharkova said.
The company said the appointment follows the arrivals of CEO Ariel Reem in September last year and Advisory Chief Strategy Officer Robert Dowling in February. Games Valley also said it is expanding its live casino aggregation offering alongside its broader casino content portfolio, aiming to provide operators with access via a single integration.
