Provider’s latest slot features a thrilling Mystery Drop feature, Free Spins and its innovative Super Stake feature

Published

Stakelogic, the developer of highly entertaining slot games that top operator game lobbies, is taking big win anticipation to the next level with Mystery Drop, the latest blockbuster title to leave its production line.

Mystery Drop features a never-seen-before bonus round where players are given the chance to drop a ball and gamble where it is going to land for the chance to win up to 16 Free Spins. It also boasts Expanding Reels, Multipliers and the option to Buy the Bonus.

The slot takes the 5×3 reel format with 243 ways to win with every spin. This release sits at the high end of the volatility scale and delivers a maximum win multiplier of 50,000x the player’s original bet.

The Free Spins bonus is triggered when all the reels expand to 6 during the base game and awards 5 Free Spins. Players are then given the option to Gamble their Free Spins with the Mystery Drop feature for the chance to win up to 16 Free Spins.

If players choose to Gamble their Free Spins a pinball game board appears, and players must select one of three positions from which to drop a ball. The ball then bounces around until it lands in one of seven sections representing the Free Games that will be awarded.

The maximum number of Free Spins available is 16, but players also run the risk of losing their Free Games if the ball lands in a section with an “X”.

Before the Free Spins bonus plays out, the reel matrix expands from 5×3 to 5×6. A Multiplier is applied to all wins – it starts at x2 and increases by +1 for every win that lands and by +4 if the reels expand to their max 5×9 layout.

While Free Spins are active, Mystery Symbols can land at random and will transform into paying combination symbols for yet more big win potential.

Mystery Drop is also hooked up to Stakelogic’s innovative Super Stake feature. This allows players to place a side bet to increase the chance of the bonus game triggering. In this case, on a random losing spin the Free Spins bonus is triggered.

If that is a bit too much mystery for one game, worry not. Mystery Drop also has the option for players to enjoy some certainty via the Buy the Bonus option. For x75 their bet, or x150 with Super Stake active, they can go straight to the Free Spins bonus and enjoy five Free Games.

Players can also Gamble their winnings; they can either gamble on the card colour or the card suit and if they guess correctly their win will be multiplied by x2 or x4 respectively.

Olga Bajela, CCO of Stakelogic, said: “On the face of it, Mystery Drop looks like a fairly simple game but under the hood it is packed with smart math and complex mechanics designed to deliver a highly volatile, highly thrilling player experience.

“The Mystery Drop feature is particularly exciting, building another level of anticipation into the game as players wait to see if their Free Spins gamble has paid off. Then there is our innovative Super Stake feature that takes the big win potential to the next level.

“As the saying goes, looks can be deceiving and with Mystery Drop we have a game that looks sensational while also providing unique gameplay.”

The news that January’s ICE Barcelona will include a major new feature dedicated to global gaming’s most influential trade associations has been welcomed by organisations in Europe and abroad.

Making full use of the additional space at the Gran Via Fira de Barcelona, the first ICE Association Assembly has been created to enable trade bodies to promote their values and create new opportunities for the gaming community across every sector and geography, including both the Brussels-based European Casino Association (ECA) and the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM), the global trade association for gaming equipment suppliers with its primary headquarters in Las Vegas.

Erwin Van Lambaart, Chair of the ECA confirmed: “Our members are already planning their week in Barcelona and they will be at this historic edition of ICE in great numbers. ICE is a pivotal event for the global gaming community and having a show floor feature which will enable us to engage directly with all sectors is a unique opportunity.

“Traditionally, our association’s involvement at ICE and its Conference program has primarily centred around networking and product development orientation—connecting with our members, regulators, suppliers, and fellow trade bodies. However, ICE 2025 marks a significant milestone. For the first time, the ECA will have the chance to fully interface with the global industry supply chain in its entirety. We are looking forward to this unique opportunity to articulate our vision for the future to a diverse and comprehensive audience, where innovation, responsibility and significant partnerships for guest and customer centricity will have centre stage.”

Daron Dorsey, CEO of AGEM added: “We represent the interests of our gaming suppliers whose well-known brands are global in reach, so to be given the opportunity to explain our agenda and engage with what is a truly international audience of association colleagues on the ICE show floor is invaluable.”

January’s editions of ICE and iGB Affiliate will occupy 120,000sqm of space compared to the 100,00sqm at ICE 2024. In a major endorsement of the opportunities offered by the relocation to Barcelona 72% of the 25 biggest exhibitors will have an increased stand presence at ICE 2025.
