Kambi appoints Michelle Unsworth as Chief People Officer to lead global talent and culture strategy

Unsworth will lead Kambi’s global people strategy, bringing over 20 years’ experience from senior people leadership at companies including Veriff, Expedia Group and The Walt Disney Company
Kambi, the home of premium sports betting solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Unsworth as its new Chief People Officer, overseeing all aspects of the company’s global people strategy, including talent acquisition, leadership development and employee experience.
Based in London, Unsworth brings over 20 years of experience leading people functions and driving transformation across global organisations. She has built an extensive career supporting major brands in the technology, travel and entertainment sectors, building high-performance, people-first cultures at scale.
Most recently, Unsworth served as VP People at online identity verification company Veriff where she created its first company-wide people strategy. She previously held senior people and HR roles at companies including Travelport, Expedia Group and the The Walt Disney Company.
Her appointment further strengthens Kambi’s executive leadership team, expanding female representation at the most senior level of the company.
