Jackpot Aggregator and N1 Partners Group Launch Global Jackpot
The SOFTSWISS Jackpot Aggregator is pleased to announce its first global jackpot launch. The first company to have access to the solution is N1 Partners Group. As part of the agreement, several N1 Partners Group casinos have been united as part of the global jackpot. This is made possible by the latest integration of the Fight Club brand with the SOFTSWISS Jackpot Aggregator.
As part of the partnership with N1 Partners Group, several of the company’s casino brands will leverage the SOFTSWISS Jackpot Aggregator to participate in the cross-brand jackpot campaign. The global jackpot pool will be progressive. This means that funds are contributed by several casinos within a single owner, allowing for greater reach and audience engagement. In this case, by playing in one casino, any bettor can win a larger jackpot generated by the bets of all the casinos.
One of the benefits of the global jackpot is the ability for operators to scale the jackpot campaign by letting players from multiple brands take part in a single campaign. The Global Jackpot rules allow bets to be placed in different currencies – a multicurrency jackpot. The multicurrency will enable players from different regions to participate in jackpots, which will increase the number of bets and raise player interest.
Aliaksei Douhin, Product Manager at the SOFTSWISS Jackpot Aggregator, comments: “The partnership between SOFTSWISS and N1 Partners Group is reaching a new level, and I am excited to see how our product contributes to our client’s business. It is symbolic that N1 Partners Group was the first company to integrate the Jackpot Aggregator and is now also the first one to launch the Global Jackpot. In developing the Global Jackpot, our team applied new functionality: client game categories and multicurrency, making it much easier to operate with player groups and expand the audience of participants. We see great prospects in the development of the Jackpot Aggregator and new opportunities for our partners. We are always happy to help take full advantage of the SOFTSWISS Jackpot Aggregator!”
“We are continuing our collaboration with SOFTSWISS on organising comprehensive jackpot promotions. It has resulted in connecting another N1 Partners Group project to the multi-module solution. It is worth noting that connecting our online casinos to the Jackpot Aggregator has a positive impact on the number of bets and the duration of gaming activity on the company’s projects,” notes Yaroslav Laptev, Chief Product Officer of N1 Partners Group.

The iGaming industry is highly competitive, and standing out in a job interview requires more than just a strong resume. In an exclusive interview with Next.io, Valeriia Virchenko, Head of Talent Acquisition at PIN-UP Global, shares expert insights on what recruiters focus on, common mistakes candidates make, and how to prepare effectively for a successful interview.
Interview Mistakes That Could Cost You the Job
According to Valeriia Virchenko, some candidates unknowingly make interview mistakes that leave a lasting negative impression.
“Sometimes, candidates do unexpected things during interviews. For example, I once had an interview where a candidate applied makeup during the call. I assure you, this is not the best way to make an impression,” she recalls.
Other red flags include:
- Poor communication skills – Struggling to engage in a constructive dialogue can be a dealbreaker.
- Being late – Punctuality is a sign of professionalism and respect for the recruiter’s time.
- Lack of basic interview etiquette – Candidates should showcase both professional qualifications and ethical behavior during an interview.
How to Make a Strong Impression in an iGaming Interview
So, what does it take to succeed in an iGaming job interview? Virchenko highlights several key preparation strategies:
✅ Research the company – Learn about its operations, values, and hiring team to establish rapport during the interview.
✅ Showcase your work – A portfolio, work samples, and references from past employers add credibility.
✅ Understand company pain points – Ask questions about the challenges the company faces and suggest potential solutions based on your experience.
✅ Adaptability & efficiency – iGaming is a fast-paced industry; candidates who demonstrate quick thinking and problem-solving skills stand out.
“We have seen highly positive cases where candidates shared their experience or proposed interesting solutions to company challenges right during the interview,” Virchenko explains.
What PIN-UP Global Looks for in Candidates
At PIN-UP Global, finding the right fit means more than assessing technical skills. Virchenko emphasizes that the company seeks candidates who align with its core values:
🔹 Industry expertise & results-driven mindset – Specialists who excel in their field and focus on delivering measurable impact.
🔹 Strong communication & teamwork – Open dialogue, constructive feedback, and collaboration are highly valued.
🔹 Agility & decision-making skills – The ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and navigate an ever-evolving environment.
🔹 Minimal bureaucracy, maximum efficiency – The company prioritizes fast decision-making and values employees who can take initiative.
“We are looking for people who understand that collaboration is the key to success,” she adds.
Final Thoughts: How to Secure Your Dream iGaming Job
The iGaming sector is constantly evolving, and companies like PIN-UP Global seek innovative, adaptable, and results-driven professionals. By following these expert tips from Valeriia Virchenko, candidates can improve their chances of making a strong impression and securing a role in this dynamic industry.

ADG Urges Responsible and Legal Betting Ahead of Super Bowl LIX
On Sunday, February 9, 2025, the Philadelphia Eagles will face the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, with kick-off at 6:30 p.m. ET. As one of the most anticipated and wagered-on sporting events of the year, the Arizona Department of Gaming (“ADG”) is reminding Arizona residents and visitors to bet responsibly and within the bounds of the law.
“The Super Bowl is an exciting event that brings communities together, but it’s essential to approach event wagering with caution and accountability,” said Jackie Johnson, ADG Director. “We encourage all Arizonans to enjoy the game responsibly by ensuring their wagers are placed legally and thoughtfully.” Further emphasizing the importance of using licensed operators for all event wagering activities, “illegal gambling undermines public safety and the integrity of the game, while responsible betting practices help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants,” stated ADG Director, Jackie Johnson.
Sports Pools – Know What Rules to Follow
In the United States, it is common to see friends and family participate in sports pools for the Super Bowl, often known as “Super Bowl Squares”. These pools are legal as long as the state’s social gambling rules are followed. According to Arizona Law (A.R.S. § 13-3301(7)), social gambling requires:
- That gambling cannot be conducted as business, which means that hosts cannot receive
financial benefit, unless they are participating in the game; - Hosts pay out all pool money to the winner(s);
- Only participants can win; and
- Players compete on equal terms with each other.
A few things to be on the lookout for that indicate illegal gambling:
- Paying a fee to participate, including “suggested” or “voluntary” donations.
- A host who keeps a percentage of the pool for administering the game.
- A required minimum purchase to participate (food or beverage, etc.).
- Unequal odds.
- Underage participants (under 21 years of age).
Responsible Betting – What to Keep in Mind
With sports betting legal in the state, it has become increasingly important to educate yourself on how you can bet responsibly. Listed below are some helpful tips as part of the American Gaming Association’s (“AGA”) Have A Game Plan.® Bet Responsibly. campaign:
- Set a Budget – It is crucial to keep in mind that everyone will have different budgets; never
bet beyond your own means. Be cautious and make sure you set a limit – and stick to it – if
you plan on wagering. More information on how to responsibly set a budget for wagering
can be found on the AGA’s Have A Game Plan website: How Much Should I Wager? - Know the Odds – There are plenty of key terms everyone should know when making a sports
bet. What’s a parlay? Over/under? Moneyline? If you decide to wager, make sure you are
briefed on The Basics of Sports Betting. - Keep it Social – Whenever gambling, be mindful that all forms of gambling are for the
purpose of entertainment. This is not a way to make money. By gaming with friends, family,
and colleagues, you can keep playing responsibly and have fun. - Keep Your Cool – No one’s perfect, and in sports, winning and losing are all part of the game.
Whether you’re wagering from the sidelines or watching from home, remember to keep
your cool. Good sportsmanship isn’t just for the players on the field; it’s for everyone. - Play Legally – Legal operators provide important player protections that are not found in
the illegal market. Whether you are placing a wager on your phone or at a physical
sportsbook, make sure you are using a legal operator in the state. Visit the ADG website to
view a full list of the state’s approved operators and retail locations: Approved Operators.
If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, you can get help now by calling 1-800- NEXT-STEP (1.800.639.8783), the Division of Problem Gaming (“DPG”)’s confidential helpline, texting “NEXTSTEP” to 53342, or utilizing a chat feature on the DPG website. DPG’s helpline provides confidentiality and connects callers with a master’s level counselor who can connect them with available resources, including statewide treatment providers who specialize in problem gambling. The helpline is available 24/7 to everyone facing a problem with gambling, whether that be individuals and affected family members, friends, or co-workers.
