FSB unites with gamification and loyalty specialist Captain Up
Operators powered by the award-winning sports betting and iGaming technology provider can now drive activity and loyalty through gamification, behavioural psychology and social tools
FSB, the progressive platform provider and challenger brand, has partnered with award winning cloud-based gamification and loyalty platform, Captain Up, in a major boost to its burgeoning online sportsbook and casino offering.
The partnership will allow operators powered by FSB’s award-winning full tech-stack sportsbook and casino solution to maximise customer activity and drive loyalty through the use of gamification, behavioural psychology and smart social tools.
This includes the ability to create and launch scheduled and targeted segmented campaigns, matching rewards and bonuses within various categories and channels.

In a further boost to the FSB product, this latest news comes just three weeks after the provider joined forces with Incentive Games to provide its operator partners with access to a range of free to play and pay to play games that work particularly well in new and emerging markets.
The supplier has also recently signed major platform deals with operators in Europe, including German iGaming group OGaming, and has been expanding its footprint in the fast-growing US market via a strategic alignment with USBookmaking.

Organisers say the agenda will cover safer product design, regulation, data ethics and AI, with limited places still available.
The Ethical Gambling Forum will take place on 28/29 April in Leeds, UK, with Flutter hosting the event. Organisers say the annual gathering will bring together regulators, operators, technology suppliers, researchers and advocates to discuss ethical and responsible gambling.
According to the organisers, this year’s programme will focus on responsible product design, player protection, regulatory evolution, data ethics and the use of emerging technologies including AI. The agenda is set to include keynote sessions, panel debates, case studies and roundtable discussions.
“Ethical leadership isn’t optional anymore; it’s the foundation of the industry’s future,” said Adrian Sladdin, Co-Founder of the EGF. “This Forum is where meaningful progress happens.”

PokerStars is running a 15th anniversary edition of its Sunday Storm online poker tournament with a $500,000 guaranteed prize pool. The operator said the special phased format kicked off on Friday, April 17 and culminates with Phase 2 on Sunday, May 10.
The anniversary event carries an $11 buy-in. PokerStars said Phase 1 flights will run daily over three weeks through May 10, giving players multiple entry opportunities to qualify for Phase 2.
Under the phased structure, PokerStars said players can enter multiple Phase 1 events, cash during Phase 1s, and advance with flexibility. The company added that Phase 2 will start with all returning players already in the money.

According to the company, players can earn entries via daily challenges tied to Phase 1 play and knockouts, with up to three entries per player per day and daily draws awarding $11 tickets at 00:05 ET.
