Parimatch Tech Academy to provide free IT training and paid internships

Parimatch Tech will launch Parimatch Tech Academy in November, a free IT academy for talented people who have ambitions to become a developer. This is not only an opportunity to study technology through real projects, but also a chance to become employed at an international company.

Training at the Academy will consist of three stages. During the first stage, students will learn about the basics of communication and teamwork, as well as the specifics of Parimatch Tech’s operations. The second stage is focused on coding, with students selecting one of the following programming technologies: .Net, JavaScript, Native Android and Native iOS. Programming training is designed to last for three and a half months.

The final stage includes a paid internship working on a real project at Parimatch Tech, which will last for two and a half months, meaning the entire training process will take six months. Upon completion, students will have in-depth understanding of the IT product development process, learn to work in a team and solve problems using forward-thinking approaches. The top performing academy graduates will receive a job offer from Parimatch Tech.

Experienced specialists at Parimatch Tech will act as teachers and mentors for those taking the course. Our partners, experts from the Israeli center for innovative IT education, DAN.IT, will review the programs, methods and tools used in the training process, as well as the quality of teaching.

There is a selection process for the Academy, which consists of several stages. Applications opened on October 12, and all forms must be submitted by October 29. The next stage, from November 2 to November 5, includes an online test that will help us select the candidates that demonstrate aptitude for programming, and then there will be tests on the basics of programming. The final stage is an online interview with mentors and course teachers, which will take place on November 6. To take part in the selection process, you need to sign up via the link. The iconic Jewish delicatessen Siegel’s Bagelmania has announced the comedic line up that will leave guests “laughing their bagels off” at the next Bagelmania Backroom Comedy night on Thursday, Feb. 26.

Hosted monthly by Las Vegas-based and nationally touring comedian couple Noah Gardenswartz and Ester Steinberg, the event Thursday night will welcome Chris Clarke as the headliner along with acclaimed comics Kristeen Von Hagen, Gabe Quire and Lauren Rochelle.

Clarke, known as a high-energy and imaginative comedian, now tours the country with veteran comedian Rob Schneider. He also has amassed more than 40 million views on his popular YouTube channel “Csnacks,” where he tastes food and snacks from the front seat of his car. His hilarious and unique way of describing different flavors led to national commercials for Checkers and Rally’s, a one-hour special on the Cooking Channel titled Baby Got Snack, and an appearance as a food critic judge on Beat Bobby Flay.

Siegel’s Bagelmania will offer a special Backroom Comedy menu of its signature delicatessen cuisine as well as a full bar so guests can enjoy great comedy, dinner, and drinks in a unique, relaxed setting.

The Bagelmania Backroom is open to attendees 18 and older. Doors open for drinks and dinner at 7 p.m. Show time is 8 p.m. Tickets for Bagelmania Backroom are on sale for $20 online at https://siegelsbagelmania.com/backroomcomedy/ and will be sold at the door while supply lasts.
