Ciara Lally Joins Lottoland As Chief Legal And Compliance Officer

Ciara joins from GVC Group

World leading online lotto operator Lottoland has today announced the appointment of Ciara Lally as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. Ciara will joinLottoland executive team and will be responsible for all ofLottoland’s legal, compliance and regulatory affairs.

Ciara joins from GVC Group where she has held various senior roles within the legal and compliance team over the past 9 years, most recently as Group IP Counsel, prior to that she has held assistant general counsel and regulatory affairs positions at Bwin and at Bet Victor.

Nigel Birrell, CEO of Lottoland welcomed Ciara to the company, saying; “I am delighted to announce that we have appointed Ciara as our new Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. Ciara brings a wealth of experience and knowledge toLottoland, that we will benefit from as we grow and deliver our strategy.”

Ciara joins Lottoland with immediate effect and will report into Nigel Birrell.

SUZOHAPP has announced the appointment of Geoff McDowell as its new President, effective October 1, 2024.

McDowell previously worked at SUZOHAPP from 2010 to 2017, successfully leading the gaming business in Australia and Asia. He rejoins the company from Coinflip, a global digital currency platform, where he was SVP/GM of US Kiosks. Prior to that, he held the position of CEO of Atlas Gaming Pty Ltd, an Australian developer of proprietary gaming content and products.

His proven track record in growth and strategy execution will be invaluable as we continue to serve our customers and achieve strong results. Groupe Partouche has acquired a building, strategically located at Place de l’Etoile in Paris, at 10 avenue de la Grande Armée.

With a surface area of over 8000 m² spread over seven levels, this building will undergo development work to accommodate its Parisian gaming club currently located on rue de Berri.

This building will also house the headquarters of Groupe Partouche.
