Brightstar Lottery Signs Nine-Year Agreement to Continue Operation of Italy Lotto

Brightstar Lottery PLC announced that its subsidiary LottoItalia has signed an agreement to operate the Italy Lotto for the next nine years. In July 2025, LottoItalia, a consortium led by Brightstar (which at the time was named International Game Technology PLC) and comprised of Allwyn, Arianna 2001 and Novomatic Italia, was formally awarded the Italy Lotto license by the Agenize delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM) following a competitive bid process.
Italy Lotto is the largest fixed odds number game in the world. Brightstar (and its predecessor companies) has managed the Italy Lotto license for more than 30 years. Through this agreement, the Company will continue to manage the license until November 2034.

Brightstar Lottery Signs Contract with Pan Malaysian Pools

Brightstar Lottery PLC announced that it has signed a contract with Pan Malaysian Pools SDN BHD (PMP), a licensed numbers forecast operator in Malaysia, to supply and deliver 1200 Retailer Pro S2 terminals as part of PMPâs ongoing quest to upgrade its business infrastructure. The Retailer Pro S2 offers high performance, reliability and a variety of options and peripherals to meet the current and future needs of lotteries and retailers.

Brightstar Lottery Modernizes Retail and Digital Solutions for Missouri Lottery with OMNIA Deployment

Brightstar Lottery PLC announced that it will deploy its fully-integrated lottery solution, OMNIA, to modernize retail and digital solutions for the Missouri Lottery via an eight-year contract. OMNIA seamlessly connects retail and digital lottery channels and was designed to simplify operations and elevate player experiences. Brightstar will also enhance the Missouri Lotteryâs digital program to include Connected Play, second-chance promotions and loyalty program.
