Kambi Group plc and Rush Street Interactive agree to a multi-year sportsbook partnership extension
Latest renewal extends partnership first established in 2018, with RSI to continue leveraging Kambi’s leading sportsbook platform and its core trading and risk management services across the Americas
Kambi Group plc (“Kambi”), the world’s trusted sports betting partner, today announced an extension to its sportsbook partnership with Rush Street Interactive, Inc., a leading online casino and sports betting company in the United States and throughout the Americas.
The new multi-year agreement marks the second extension since the partnership first began in 2018. Through the successful collaboration, RSI complements its proprietary technology via the integration of Kambi’s award-winning sportsbook platform and core trading and risk management services into RSI’s proprietary online gaming platform, websites and mobile apps.
Under the extended agreement, Kambi’s technology and services will continue to support RSI’s multi-channel sportsbook operations across the Americas. Today, RSI’s Kambi-powered sportsbook is live in 15 US states, the Canadian province of Ontario and several regulated jurisdictions in Latin America, including Colombia, Mexico and, most recently, Peru.

Kambi Group plc extends Mohegan partnership with on-property sports betting agreement in Pennsylvania
Kambi Group plc (“Kambi”), the world’s trusted sports betting partner, has agreed a long-term on-property sportsbook partnership with Mohegan to provide its award-winning sportsbook at two retail locations in the state of Pennsylvania.
The partnership will see Mohegan utilise Kambi’s cutting-edge retail sportsbook offering across more than 20 kiosks in sportsbook locations at Mohegan Pennsylvania and Mohegan Pennsylvania at Lehigh Valley Race and Sportsbook.
The deal further strengthens Kambi’s relationship with Mohegan, which already utilises Kambi’s suite of sports betting products at ilani in Washington, as well as online and on-property in the Canadian province of Ontario at Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara.

One of the largest Indian nations in the United States to utilize Kambi’s market-leading turnkey sportsbook on property and online in exclusive nationwide partnership
Kambi Group plc (Kambi), the world’s trusted sports betting partner, has signed a landmark multi-state sportsbook agreement with the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma (Choctaw Nation), one of the largest Indian nations in the United States, to provide its sports betting technology and services to Choctaw Nation’s gaming entities.
Choctaw Nation, operator of Choctaw Casinos and Resorts, owns a selection of gaming and hospitality destinations throughout southeastern Oklahoma and is the official and exclusive casino and resort partner of the Texas Rangers, Major League Baseball’s World Series Champion. Choctaw Nation’s flagship resort is located near the Texas border and in close proximity to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with a population of more than eight million people.
The long-term deal will see Choctaw Nation combine its digital and ecommerce expertise with Kambi’s market-leading turnkey sportsbook with the ambition to become an online and retail sports betting powerhouse. Pending regulatory approvals, the agreement includes the scope to expand into multiple states.
The relationship with Choctaw Nation strengthens Kambi’s position as the sportsbook partner of choice for Indian nations across the United States, with Choctaw Nation selecting Kambi for its proven online and retail technology as well as its collaborative approach to delivering tailored sports betting solutions.

Kambi Group plc and Penn Entertainment Incorporated Extend Retail Sportsbook Platform Agreement Through 2025
Kambi Group plc (Kambi) and Penn Entertainment Incorporated (Penn Entertainment) have reached an agreement to extend the term of their retail sportsbook platform agreement to December 31, 2025. This renewal supersedes the previous agreement that was set to expire in July of 2024.
Under the agreement, Kambi will continue to supply Penn Entertainment’s retail casinos nationwide with its portfolio of market-leading retail sportsbook products including kiosks, point-of-sale terminals, odds boards and Bring Your Own Device technology. Kambi currently supports Penn Entertainment in 13 states across 30 properties.
Over the course of the extended term, Penn Entertainment plans to migrate its retail sportsbooks to its proprietary technology. Pursuant to the terms of the amended agreement, any retail sports betting revenue generated by Penn Entertainment, either via Kambi’s platform or via Penn Entertainment’s proprietary sportsbook in jurisdictions previously supported by Kambi, will be subject to the same level of revenue share payments from Penn Entertainment to Kambi through December of 2025.
