Light & Wonder Unveils Expanded Systems Integration with SHR Group’s Allora CRS Software
Light & Wonder Inc. announced the expansion of its integration services through a collaboration with SHR Group’s Allora CRS booking engine.
SHR’s Allora CRS software enhances the capabilities of hotel operators by offering advanced booking features that effortlessly integrate with Light & Wonder’s system-independent global loyalty platform, L&W ENGAGE. This integration allows operators to customize the customer experience more effectively by using a guest’s predicted revenue value to access exclusive member rates and offers, both through the booking engine and the call center, ensuring that the customer gets the right room, at the right rate, on the right day.
“This integration and advanced capabilities of L&W ENGAGE have significantly enhanced the experiences of our customers whose hotel encounters play a large role in the overall customer journey. We are excited to expand this offering, empowering our customers to elevate the guest experience and deepen customer loyalty,” Jon Wolfe, President of Global Systems and Service at Light & Wonder, said.
“Allora CRS has been an integral part of our success story. Together with the L&W ENGAGE platform, we offer a dynamic solution that is redefining customer engagement in the hospitality industry,” Dan Edmonds, Vice President of Casino Strategy & Solutions at SHR Group, said.
This integrated solution is now accessible to both potential and existing L&W ENGAGE and SHR Group customers.
