Yggdrasil wins Slot Provider of the Year at International Gaming Awards 2021
Yggdrasil, the leading publisher of online gambling content, has cemented its position as a leading supplier to the igaming industry after winning the Slot Provider of the Year category at the prestigious International Gaming Awards (IGAs).
It is the fifth consecutive year that Yggdrasil has claimed a prize at the IGAs which recognises excellence in the industry. The Slot Provider of the Year category honours the supplier that has shown innovation and introduced a range of exciting games that has engaged customers in the last year.
The win is testament to the work Yggdrasil has undertaken in the last 12 months to significantly enhance its diverse slots portfolio. The offering has been boosted by content featuring the supplier’s five proprietary Games Engagement Mechanics (GEMs) as well as titles from the successful YG Masters program.

Over the last 12 months its YG Masters initiative has also seen the addition of over 20 titles from the program’s innovative studio partners.

BMM Testlabs’ Marzia Turrini wins Best Executive Leadership at 2026 Italian Gaming Awards
BMM Testlabs said Marzia Turrini, Global President, iGaming & Cybersecurity, has won the ‘Best Executive Leadership’ award at the 2026 Italian Gaming Awards. The company said the award was presented last week during the Italian Gaming Expo & Conference (IGE) in Rome.
According to BMM, Turrini was selected from a shortlist of eight other industry executives. The company said the award recognizes her leadership and her role in growing BMM’s digital product compliance and cybersecurity services across regulated markets.
BMM said its digital services business gained momentum in 2025, growing nearly three times faster than the overall iGaming and sports betting market. The company also said Turrini led the expansion of BMM’s iGaming Center of Excellence in Barcelona to more than 120 professionals supporting compliance testing, cybersecurity services, and quality assurance.
Turrini said, “I am honored to receive this recognition from the Italian Gaming Awards. Italy has always been an important part of my professional journey, and I am proud to contribute to the continued growth and integrity of the regulated gaming industry both in Italy and around the world.”
BMM also noted previous recognition for Turrini, including ‘Leader of the Year’ at the 2025 SBC Awards Americas and inclusion in the iGB 2025 ‘Most Influential Women in Gaming’. BMM has an office in Bologna and said it tests and certifies regulated gaming products in Italy across land-based AWP and VLT machines and systems, retail sports betting and horse racing systems, lotteries and instant gaming, and online casino and sports betting technologies.

ELA Games lands two nominations on EGR B2B Awards 2026 shortlist
Supplier is shortlisted in Slot Supplier – Under 5 years and Casino Software Supplier – Under 5 years ahead of the 3 June ceremony in London.
ELA Games has been shortlisted in two categories for the EGR B2B Awards 2026: Slot Supplier – Under 5 years and Casino Software Supplier – Under 5 years.
The EGR B2B Awards recognise service providers and software developers across iGaming. Winners will be announced at a ceremony at City Central at the HAC in London on 3 June 2026.
In its announcement, ELA Games pointed to recent product development and partner-focused delivery, including work to expand across regulated territories and a focus on “technical reliability and smooth integration.”
The supplier also highlighted product features it says differentiate its content, including the Winpot mechanic and a shooter format. It cited the release of Shoot Happens as an example, describing it as using a bespoke game engine to combine narrative progression with betting systems.
