Five Guys coming to downtown Las Vegas at the Plaza Hotel & Casino Iconic hamburger restaurant to open summer 2026 Five Guys hot dog cart to open in the spring at Carousel Ba

The Plaza Hotel & Casino is excited to welcome the popular hamburger chain, Five Guys to its casino floor this summer. And starting in the spring, Five Guys will debut a hot dog cart outside of Carousel Bar under the Plaza’s iconic dome where guests can enjoy the brand’s unique take on the all-American classic.

The 2,200 sq. ft. restaurant will feature seating for 60 guests with indoor seating and an outdoor patio, where guests can enjoy Five Guys’ signature menu including made-to-order burgers, hand-cut fries, and handspun milkshakes.

Unlike any other location, Five Guys will also operate a hot dog cart under the dome and adjacent to Carousel Bar serving its famous all beef dogs that are split lengthwise, grilled for optimal flavor, and served on toasted golden-brown buns with hand-prepped toppings.

With nearly 2,000 locations nationwide, the restaurant at the Plaza will be the 12^th location for the brand in Nevada and its first in downtown Las Vegas.

Five Guys at the Plaza is expected to be open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. Take out and delivery will also be available.
