Bacta will be out in force to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Autumn Coin-Op Show (ACOS) taking place across 21st and 22nd October at the ILEC Conference Centre, Earls Court.

Describing ACOS as “one of the big four industry events alongside EAG Expo, the Bacta Convention and the SR Exchange”, Bacta President Joseph Cullis confirmed that the 2025 edition will be the largest on record, showcasing the latest products, services and innovations – the majority supplied by Bacta members.

The trade association’s high-profile presence will include President Joseph Cullis, Vice-President Jeremy Godden, former President John Bollom, Executive Director Robert Gibb, Director of Communications Allaster Gair and the wider Bacta team.

Looking ahead to the annual gathering of operators, distributors and manufacturers, Joseph Cullis said: “I am delighted to support ACOS which continues to service the needs of the industry. Bacta will be joining its members at the show with a stand staffed by the Bacta secretariat and our MSOs.”

He added: “Following our recent South West and South Wales regional meeting, ACOS provides another valuable opportunity to meet operators, manufacturers and suppliers, and to update members on the work Bacta is doing – from our Autumn Budget submission to the initiatives emerging from our engagement with MPs and Ministers at the Labour Party Conference.”

“Our lobbying is far more effective and our arguments far more persuasive when we are able to match Bacta members with their constituency MPs and I look forward to meeting with ACOS attendees who would like assistance in setting-up MP meetings.”

“And of course, the ACOS after-show party at The Prince provides a brilliant opportunity for the industry to come together and celebrate the people, products and partnerships that make it such a dynamic sector. I look forward to seeing as many Bacta members as possible at the show.”

Commenting on ITL’s involvement, Andy Bullock, Senior Business Development Manager said, “ACOS is a great networking opportunity for the coin-operated amusement and entertainment industry and it’s always good to connect with our customers and partners at the show.  A key focus this year will be on player protection and we look forward to showing how we can assist operators comply with the new age verification regulations coming into force.  Our tech can help prevent underage gambling and manage self-exclusion schemes. MyCheckr performs accurate and anonymous age checks and is ideal when placed at the entrance to 18+ gaming zones FECs and bingo halls to stop underage access.  ICU Lite can be fully integrated within a gaming machine to give an automated on-machine AV solution for land-based gambling venues including pub retailers. When our devices are linked via the MyConnect Hub, operators have full control and monitoring, and can remotely respond to alerts on a tablet or mobile for any underage access or play attempts which improves staff efficiency. Using facial recognition technology we can also help implement self-exclusion schemes, supporting player protection and safer gambling.”
Andy concluded, “We will also showcase a selection of note recyclers at the stand which are now widely used in the UK amusement market.
