Open a can of lavish rewards in Blueprint Gaming’s Fishin’ Frenzy The Big Catch 3

Iconic underwater series reaches new heights with enriched bonus play
Blueprint Gaming™ invites players on its most bountiful fishing trip to date in Fishin’ Frenzy The Big Catch 3, with a host of sumptuous bonus modifiers charging the latest iteration from the industry-renowned series.
The leading UK slot supplier has high hopes for its July release following the roaring success of the original Big Catch title and its sequel, which was released in February 2025.
Despite the former initially bursting onto the scene in 2021, it remained Blueprint Gaming’s standout turnover title for the entire of 2024 and the first half of 2025, while Fishin’ Frenzy The Big Catch 2 has also taken the year by storm, sitting as the supplier’s top 2025 release to date.
Just as in its two predecessors, the third Big Catch instalment sees three, four or five boat-themed scatters trigger the free spins bonus. However, the intriguing twist comes prior to the round starting, with the awarding of random modifiers from a choice of 10, which includes increased cash rewards, a boosted position on the fisherman trail, or more golden fish, worm, or fisherman icons.
For every fourth fisherman collected during the bonus, the lowest fish cash prize is upgraded to the next size with additional free spins awarded, significantly increasing the chance of sizeable returns.
In a move to amplify base play and bonus win potential, each fish or worm that lands during the base game is collected by a net sitting above the reels. Randomly, the Fishin’ Frenzy feature can be triggered, presenting players with a choice of modifiers, including immediate access to the Free Spins bonus, Cash Streak, or Fisherman Add.
For slot enthusiasts on the hunt for further fishing, Blueprint’s latest summer release also welcomes back the new Power Play. Available at 5x the original bet, the additional game mode benefits from only Cash Prize, Cash Harvest and Bonus symbols at play.
Blueprint Gaming’s Jo Purvis, Director of Marketing, PR and Events, said: “Fishin’ Frenzy The Big Catch 3 reels players back in with even more ways to win big, building on the franchise’s phenomenal momentum.
“With enriched bonus features and modifiers complementing the beloved underwater theme, this latest iteration from the series is set to cast a wide net and keep the frenzy at full pace throughout the summer and beyond.”

Dutch Gambling Authority Imposes Penalty on Three Gambling Influencers

Reading Time: < 1 minute
The Netherlands Gambling Authority (KSA) has imposed a penalty on three gambling influencers. These influencers are Stiefunspeelt, Turcos and Buurtwachtt. The penalty is a follow-up to previously announced steps by the KSA to take stricter action against influencers. Because influencers often appeal to a young and therefore vulnerable target group, it is crucial to combat this content.
Influencers Stiefunspeelt, Turcos, and Buurtwachtt posted videos on their social media platforms featuring gambling with illegal providers. They also actively promoted gambling by encouraging their followers to also gamble with these illegal providers. The Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KSA) has previously explicitly reminded all three influencers that creating videos promoting illegal gambling is prohibited. Therefore, the KSA imposed a penalty on all three influencers. This requires them to remove existing content within 48 hours and prohibits them from creating new advertisements for illegal providers. If they do so, the influencer who committed the violation will receive a penalty of €25,000 per violation, with a maximum of €75,000.
The KSA continues to closely monitor these types of violations and emphasizes that young people must be protected from this type of content about illegal gambling.
