VIP Play Partners with White Hat Gaming

VIP Play has chosen White Hat Gaming to power their online gambling platform in Tennessee (currently operating as ZenSports) and in additional US states as VIP Play expands within the U.S. online gambling market. This announcement follows the recent partnership agreement between VIP Play and Kambi Group.
VIP Play (formerly known as KeyStar Corp) acquired the assets of the ZenSports platform in 2022, and has operated in Tennessee as ZenSports since July 2023. VIP Play boasts an innovative understanding of sports wagering and expects to use the White Hat platform, in addition to their own proprietary technology & Kambi Turnkey Sportsbook, to build an entirely customised version of the platform compared to what is available today.
Under the terms of the partnership, VIP Play will integrate White Hat’s PAM platform solution into VIP Play’s current proprietary technology platform, and in conjunction with VIP Play’s recent announcement with Kambi Group, the world’s trusted online sports betting platform, will power VIP Play in multiple states, combining the collective strengths of industry leading partners. VIP Play will build additional features and gamification on top of both licensed software platforms to differentiate from existing competitors.
White Hat boasts a powerful player account management platform, proprietary cashier, traveling wallet as well as a suite of iCasino content, bonusing tools, and external integrations. White Hat technology powers prominent U.S. operators such as Bally’s and Jackpocket to achieve scalable operational success in the competitive US landscape.
Bruce Cassidy, VIP Play CEO & Chairman of the Board, said: “This partnership with White Hat is a pivotal step for VIP Play, Inc. as we work towards establishing a premier sports betting and online casino presence in the U.S. We are excited to launch VIP Play in Tennessee and West Virginia in 2025, powered by the combination of industry leading partners such as White Hat Gaming and Kambi Group. We remain committed to building on top of these licensed software platforms to differentiate VIP Play from our competition in ways only the VIP team can.”
Phil Gelvan, CEO of White Hat Gaming, said: “We are excited to partner with an innovative US operator such as VIP Play. We are confident that our core technology, including our best-in-class PAM solution, will not only enhance the VIP Play experience, but also compliment VIP Play’s internal differentiation initiatives. We are thrilled that VIP Play will utilize our best-in-class traveling wallet to power their US expansion in 2025 as a new, premier, multi-state operator.”
