711 partners with integrity body IBIA for Netherlands sportsbook

711 B.V. has joined the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA) as part of the operator’s recent launch of its sportsbook in the Netherlands, having been focused on its casino product for the last two years since the Dutch market was legalised. All licensed sportsbooks are statutorily required to engage with a sports betting integrity monitoring body in the Netherlands.
The operator joins over 50 companies and 125 sports betting brands that feed into IBIA’s world leading betting integrity network for private operators. 711’s membership maintains IBIA’s position as the foremost sports betting integrity monitor in the Netherlands, with the association representing around 90% of the licensed sportsbooks currently in operation in the country.

IBIA is a not-for-profit body that has no competing conflicts with the delivery of commercial services to other sectors and is run by operators, for operators, to protect regulated sports betting markets from match-fixing. IBIA’s global monitoring network is a highly effective anti-corruption tool, detecting and reporting suspicious activity in regulated betting markets.
Through the IBIA global monitoring network it is possible to track transactional activities linked to individual customer accounts. IBIA members have over $300bn per annum in betting turnover (handle), accounting for approximately 50% of the global commercial regulated land-based and online sports betting sector, and in excess of 50% for online alone.
IBIA’s recently released Q2 report detailed 90 suspicious betting alerts reported during the quarter to the relevant authorities. IBIA alerts contributed to the investigations and subsequent successful sanctioning of 21 clubs, players and officials in 2023.

Midnite creates free limited-edition beer for fans to enjoy at World Snooker Championship

Midnite is the new official UK betting and casino partner of the World Championship, Snooker’s greatest event, which will run from April 19 to May 5.
To celebrate the partnership, Midnite has created a FREE limited edition lager – with one free beer available per person – which will be served at a local pub throughout the tournament.
The one-off lager will be served at The Graduate, an iconic Sheffield pub a short walk from The Crucible, with fans able to enjoy a new beer on tap while the World Championship comes to the city.
Midnite has partnered with London-based brewery Drop Project to bring the concept to life.
