BOLDPLAY GRANTED APPROVAL TO OPERATE IN PERU
Boldplay, the renowned provider of premium iGaming content, has secured approval to operate in Peru’s burgeoning iGaming market from Peru’s General Directorate of Casino Games and Slot Machines.
This significant expansion follows the recent endorsement of sports betting and iGaming regulations by Peru’s Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur) in October. The legislation, which officially took effect on February 9, 2024, reflects Peru’s commitment to fostering a regulated, dynamic gaming environment that promotes innovation and consumer protection.
With this landmark approval, Boldplay is expanding its presence across Latin America, and bolstering its global footprint in regulated markets. The company is now poised to offer its diverse range of over 100 slot, table, scratch, bingo, and keno games to operators in Peru, providing Peruvian players with access to an array of captivating casino experiences.
Valli Fragoso, CEO and founder of Boldplay, expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity to contribute to Peru’s thriving iGaming landscape. “As one of the first companies to receive approval in Peru, we are thrilled to bring our world-class gaming content to operators and players in the country,” said Valli. “With our diverse portfolio of games and commitment to excellence, we look forward to delivering exceptional entertainment experiences in a safe and regulated manner to the Peruvian gaming community.”

Boldplay Awarded Michigan Internet Gaming Supplier Licence
Boldplay, the popular B2B gaming supplier, has announced that it has been awarded an Internet Gaming Supplier Licence by the Michigan Gaming Control Board. This full licence marks an upgrade from the provisional licence granted to the company in April this year and further strengthens Boldplay’s reputation as a trusted iGaming provider.
Boldplay’s games are already available in Michigan through an exclusive agreement with BetMGM, where players have embraced the company’s acclaimed titles. The company is looking forward to continuing to deliver its high-quality gaming experiences to players in the Great Lakes state.
With a strong presence across the globe, Boldplay already holds licences in the UK, Gibraltar, Malta, Romania, Peru, and Buenos Aires, with more jurisdictions to follow.
Valli Fragoso, CEO of Boldplay, commented: “Securing a full gaming supplier licence in Michigan is a significant milestone for our business and reflects our commitment to providing top-tier gaming content in regulated markets. We have been thrilled by the positive reception from Michigan players and look forward to continuing our successful partnership with BetMGM in the state.”

Boldplay™ to make U.S. debut after signing exclusive partnership deal with BetMGM
Boldplay, the casino software supplier, has announced its much-anticipated U.S. debut after teaming up with BetMGM, a leading iGaming and sports betting operator, and providing its first set of games Cyborg City, Toro Bravo, and Gold Metal Ox.
The new partnership will see Boldplay’s extensive collection of innovative video slots, table games, virtual scratch and keno titles become available to customers in the U.S. market for the very first time, enabling countless players to experience the brand’s signature range of bonus features and jackpots.
Notable highlights to come out of the studio include Boldplay Spins – a unique twist on Free Spins that sees the reels spin both vertically and horizontally to create more winning pay lines – and the brand’s flagship jackpot, the Boldplay Superpot, which gives players of all bankroll levels a chance to win big.
The exclusive nature of the deal will also see BetMGM gain a significant market advantage in the U.S., where it will initially be the only platform able to offer Boldplay games. Given these titles have already garnered plenty of critical acclaim from players and operators across Europe, their presence at BetMGM will be a huge draw and will help the platform further enhance its standing in the industry.
This latest collaboration represents another significant step in Boldplay’s evolution from up-and-coming studio to one of the industry’s most sought-after software providers and will allow the brand to extend its reach into new regulated markets – a move CEO, Valli Fragoso, is clearly optimistic about.
“Boldplay is thrilled to announce that we’re teaming up with BetMGM in an exclusive partnership that will see our games be made available in the U.S. for the very first time,” she said. “By joining forces with such a prestigious operator, we’ll be able to raise the profile of our brand in the country as we continue to expand and we’re looking forward to what should be a hugely successful collaboration.”
