Swintt shows off the finer things in life in Rich Lady Deluxe
Popular software provider’s latest Premium release gives players a taste of the high life with its instant-win mystery prizes and a jackpot-packed Pearls and Pots feature
This month, sought-after software provider Swintt is giving players the chance to experience life in the lap of luxury in Rich Lady Deluxe – a brand-new Premium release that’s loaded with big-money bonuses and a Pearls and Pots feature that makes it rain with four huge local jackpots.
Being a SwinttPremium game, Rich Lady Deluxe mainly adheres to the core concepts that have made the series so successful; that is to say simple pick-up-and-play mechanics and classic casino-style graphics and sound. Unique icons to feature in the game include exquisite items of jewellery and martini glass expanding wilds, with the titular Rich Lady acting as one of the highest-paying standard symbol.
Alongside these ever-present icons of affluence, players will also need to keep an eye out for three special symbols – each of which play a key role in increasing potential winnings. First up, there’s the golden locket scatter symbol that can award up to 150x the total bet when five appear anywhere on the reels, while the other two trigger features with even bigger potential rewards.
As they spin, players will notice both diamond symbols and dazzling pearls containing jackpots and other numerical values. Collecting three of the former will activate an instant-win pick feature, where players will be tasked with choosing from three gems to unveil a mystery prize of up to 100x their bet.
The Pearls and Pots bonus, meanwhile, is a returning feature found in other SwinttPremium releases that automatically triggers whenever six pearl symbols stop in view. Whenever this happens, players will be granted three free spins on a new set of reels where only pearls are present, and whenever a new one of these icons appears, the free spins counter will reset to allow them to further prolong the feature.
Free spins will continue in this manner until either all 15 reel spaces have been filled or no new pearl symbols are present, at which point the values of all pearls in view will be added together and awarded as a bonus prize. If players are lucky enough to entirely block out the reels, all winnings will be subject to a 2x multiplier, with extra payouts also available courtesy of Swintt’s four rewarding local jackpots.
Named Minor, Major, Maxi and Mega, these prize pools can be unlocked by collecting three pearls displaying the corresponding jackpot name and will be awarded in addition to any regular sums collected during the bonus round. What’s more, if players don’t wish to trigger the bonus manually, they can also jump directly into the action by using the game’s optional “Buy Feature Games” button.
David Mann, Chief Executive Officer at Swintt, said: “Right after the Festive season, our new Rich Lady Deluxe slot gives Premium fans a luxury experience that has the potential to award four jackpot prizes from as little as €0.10 per spin.
“Boasting an instant-win mystery bonus and the return of our popular Pearls and Pots feature, Rich Lady Deluxe offers players multiple routes to big wins and even lets them buy directly into the latter game if they don’t feel like waiting to trigger it manually. As such, it’s a Premium release in every sense of the word and we expect it to become a huge hit at all partner casinos when it launches this.

CMA: Spreadex required to sell Sporting Index
An independent CMA panel has decided Spreadex should sell Sporting Index after finding the deal harmed competition for licensed online sports spread betting services.
The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has accepted the proposed sale of Sporting Index, to address the competition concerns it had found in the licensed online sports spread betting market, with some modifications and enhancements.
Last year, Spreadex acquired the ‘business-to-consumer’ business of Sporting Index from Sporting Group Holding Limited (Sporting Group). Spreadex and Sporting Index both provide sports fixed odds betting and sports spread betting services to customers based in the UK.
Sports spread betting involves customers betting on a range of outcomes of sporting events rather than the standard ‘win or lose’ outcomes offered by fixed-odds betting. In spread betting, the closer a customer’s bet is to an outcome, the more money they stand to win, and the further away from the outcome they are, the more they stand to lose. This means that, in contrast to fixed odds betting, customers’ wins and losses could be far higher than the amount they bet.
After conducting an in-depth Phase 2 investigation into the deal, the CMA’s independent panel has concluded the deal created a monopoly in the UK licensed online sports spread betting market, eliminating competition in that market. The panel concluded that the merger could lead to a worse user experience, a more limited range of products and/or higher prices for consumers in the UK.
The panel has concluded that, with some modifications and enhancements, the sale remedy proposed by Spreadex is sufficient to remedy the competition concerns and restore competition in this market that is lost as a result of the deal.
The CMA now has 12 weeks to either accept Final Undertakings from Spreadex, or to make a Final Order requiring Spreadex, to sell Sporting Index to a suitable CMA-approved buyer.
Richard Feasey, the chair of the independent panel reviewing the merger, said:
“This deal eliminates competition in the supply of licensed online sports spread betting services in the UK.
Sports spread betting – like any other market – needs competition to drive good customer experience, maintain choice and keep prices competitive. To achieve this, we have decided that Spreadex should sell Sporting Index, so that customers can choose between two firms for the best user experience and prices, rather than having to use only one. “
Further details are available on the SpreadEx / Sporting Index case page.
