Gaming Innovation Group powering Bplay launch in Mendoza, Argentina
Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has announced its award winning platform is now live in Mendoza, Argentina, following the launch of the Boldt Group’s popular Bplay site in the province. This launch adds to the growing presence of GiG powered sites throughout the LatAm region.
A strong, locally recognised brand, Bplay is continuing to expand and grow throughout Argentina, now adding a fifth new jurisdiction to the current provinces of Buenos Aires, Santa Fe, Entre Ríos and the City of Buenos Aires.
The launch also further strengthens the partnership between the two companies, with GiG consolidating its position as the online technology partner of choice to the Boldt Group, one of the leading retail and online operations in Latin America. GiG’s powerful proprietary platform and Sportsbook have helped Bplay experience spectacular growth in Argentina, multiplying GGR by over four times in the 12 months between May 2022 and May 2023. As a result of the expanding relationship it is expected that Sportsbook will be launched in Mendoza in Q3, to complement the platform.
GiG’s market leading B2B platform has been specifically designed for highly competitive and complex regulated markets that require localised content and development. This commitment to compliance and customisation has meant that GiG is now regulated in 30 markets worldwide, with 7 more in the pipeline, and provides ample opportunity for growth for Tier 1 partners such as Bplay.
David Bonnefous Saavedra, Commercial Director at GiG said: “Our excellent relationship with the Boldt Group and the continuing expansion of our original deal, highlights the strength of our Platform, technology and managed services teams. We’ve positioned ourselves to be able to support our partners growth aspirations, understanding where those opportunities are and ensuring we not only meet those expectations, but exceed them. It is this ability to offer a localised and personalised service to a tier 1 operator like Bplay, that we believe places GiG as a market leader in the B2B space.”
José del Pino, Business Unit Manager of Grupo Boldt added that “Bplay continues to provide the best gaming experience for our clients in Latin America, leading not only in the launch of new licenses, incorporating new and great games and products, but also improving user satisfaction.”
