BET99 addition further strengthens global betting integrity body IBIA

Canadian-based online sports betting and casino platform BET99 has joined the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA). It follows the operator’s recent approval by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and iGaming Ontario to offer online gambling services in the province. BET99 will now feed into IBIA’s global betting integrity monitoring and alert network, joining many of the world’s leading regulated betting operators, with IBIA members accounting for over C$160bn (€115bn) in global betting turnover per annum and nearly 50% of all regulated commercial online betting.

The International Betting Integrity Association is the leading global voice on integrity for the licensed betting industry. Its monitoring and alert network is a highly effective anti-corruption tool that detects and reports suspicious activity on its members’ betting markets. The association has longstanding information sharing partnerships with leading sports and gambling regulators to utilise its data and prosecute corruption. It represents the sector at high-level policy discussion forums such as the IOC, UN, Council of Europe and European Commission.
