BetMGM Becomes Official Sports Betting Partner of Cincinnati Reds
BetMGM has become an Official Sports Betting Partner of the Cincinnati Reds. The new relationship strengthens BetMGM’s presence in Ohio ahead of the state’s scheduled launch of legalized sports betting on January 1, 2023.
“Today’s announcement marks the beginning of our plans to create the most entertaining and dynamic sports betting experiences in Ohio. Through our relationships with the Reds and MGM Northfield Park, we look forward to bringing unique BetMGM content to Ohio’s passionate sports fans,” Adam Greenblatt, CEO of BetMGM, said.
The multi-year agreement includes plans to open a retail BetMGM Sportsbook at Great American Ball Park. The BetMGM Sportsbook will be in the space currently serving as the Machine Room restaurant on the northeast side of Great American Ball Park. It will only be accessible from outside the ticketed areas of the ballpark via the arena plaza level entrance. The new venue will allow fans to watch and wager on games all year long.
This marks BetMGM’s second sportsbook at a Major League Baseball stadium, joining the BetMGM Sportsbook at Nationals Park in Washington D.C. which opened in January 2022.
BetMGM signage will be prominently featured at Great American Ball Park, including a permanent outfield wall sign, messaging behind home plate, and a branded foul line during select games. BetMGM, which will have its own suite and club seats at the stadium, also plans to curate VIP experiences for its fans including on-field access during batting practice.

Gannett and BetMGM Announce Multi-Year Partnership
Gannett Co., Inc. announced a multi-year strategic partnership with BetMGM, a leading sports betting and iGaming operator. As part of the agreement, BetMGM will serve as the preferred online sportsbook and casino partner for USA TODAY Sports providing sports betting odds and betting information across the expansive USA TODAY Network in more than 200 local U.S. markets across 43 states with more than 300 digital news and media brands in the portfolio.

The agreement incorporates BetMGM sports betting odds into stories and content sharing betting odds, moneylines, spreads and over/unders for games as well as a BetMGM “Bet Now” feature. BetMGM Sportsbook and BetMGM Casino will be listed as a partner on website footers across all USA TODAY Network publications.

BetMGM announced that Great Place To Work and Fortune magazine have recognized the operator as one of this year’s Best Workplaces in New York. The leading sports betting and iGaming operator landed at No.16 and secured the spot on the prestigious list by surpassing rigorous benchmarks, establishing itself as one of the best workplaces among companies headquartered in the New York region. About 92% of employees surveyed said that BetMGM is a great place to work, 35% points higher than the average U.S. company.
