OPAP Sponsors Hellenic Basketball Federation
Greek gaming operator OPAP has entered into a partnership with the Hellenic Basketball Federation (EEC). Under the three-year deal, OPAP will serve as a Gold Sponsor of Greece’s national men’s and women’s basketball teams across all age groups.
The corporate OPAP brand will be displayed on the front of the official appearances of all National Teams. At the same time, OPAP and the EEC will focus on joint actions concerning the development of Greek basketball, the development of women’s basketball, the Greek Cup, 3-on-3 basketball and the direct connection of the sport with society.

Basketball is no exception, as OPAP has given the ‘present’ in many historical moments for the sport in Greece. Today, our connection to basketball is becoming even stronger. As the Gold Sponsor of the Federation, OPAP will proudly stand by the side of the National Teams, at all levels, inside and outside the stands,” Jan Karas, CEO of OPAP, said.

Play’n GO has today announced the official US release of its hit title Colt Lightning Firestorm, following a three-week period of exclusivity with Rush Street Interactive brands BetRivers and SugarHouse.
Colt Lightning Firestorm was released in Europe and other jurisdictions in May 2024, and its release in the US comes with much fanfare following the game’s rave reviews in its short exclusivity period. The game is a sequel to the wildly popular Colt Lightning game which was released early last year, and indications at this stage suggest that this sequel may prove even more successful.
