Inspired Entertainment, Inc., a leading B2B provider of gaming content, systems, and solutions, is excited to announce the launch of Centurion Big Money™ – the latest addition to the successful Centurion™ franchise. Now available in the UK B3, LBO market, this new release builds on the franchise’s popularity by introducing Inspired’s renowned Big Money mechanic.

Centurion Big Money™ brings the beloved Centurion character back to the reels in an action-packed slot adventure packed with thrilling features, including the Big Money Bonus, reel bonuses, Fortune Spins and two gamble options.

Landing three or more bonus symbols anywhere on the reels triggers one of three Big Money Bonuses, starting with a multiplier of up to 3x. A progressive trail above the reels features multipliers up to 10x. Centurion symbols act as cash collectors, accumulating coin values for each Centurion symbol that lands.

Bush symbols drive progression along the multiplier trail. Each Bush or Centurion symbol advances one position. Players enjoy unlimited Free Spins until Centurion is caught by the bush. Once caught, players enter the familiar pick me feature choosing from three bushes to reveal one of the following outcomes:

  • Bonus Over: The bonus ends, and accumulated winnings are awarded.
  • Bush Back: The bush is pushed back two positions, and the bonus continues.
  • March On: The Centurion advances to the next multiplier on the trail, and the bonus continues.

Adding to the excitement are reel bonuses, triggered when Centurion lands:

  • Super Bonus Reels: Adds extra bonus symbols, increasing the chance of triggering the bonus.
  • 5 of a Kind: Centurion appears with three shields to pick from, guaranteeing at least one 5 of a kind win; each shield contains a multiplier.
  • Big Win: Centurion announces a win of at least 20x the current stake.

Players can take a chance with two gamble options, offering the opportunity to upgrade their winnings or trigger a Big Money Bonus. In the wheel gamble, the left wheel offers multipliers of up to 10x and the right wheel allows players to gamble for the Big Money, Super Big Money or Mega Big Money Bonus.

Any feature wins from the Big Money Bonus below £500 may trigger the clock gamble. Players can gamble all or part of their original winnings for a chance to increase winnings by 1.5x, 2x, 3x, 5x or 10x, unless the potential win will go over £500.

Centurion Big Money™ also features a Fortune Spins mode, activated via the feature button. Fortune Spins reels contain only Centurion, coin, and bonus symbols, increasing the chances of triggering a bonus. When a bonus is activated, all symbols return to the reels and every Centurion appearing during Fortune Spins awards the cash values from all coin symbols in view.

Matthew Crane, UK Market Product Director, said: “We’re pleased to announce the launch of Centurion Big Money™, the latest addition to our B3 lineup. This new game brings together one of our most recognisable and successful brands with a well-known, player-favourite bonus mechanic – offering a fresh twist on a proven performer. With the classic Centurion appeal and the added excitement of the Big Money bonus, it’s designed to stand out and keep players engaged.”

Centurion Big Money™ is available in retail now.

BHA Initiates Campaign Against Tax Hike

Published

The British Horseracing Authority (BHA) has urged the sport to collectively lobby the Government to back British racing and axe the Treasury’s proposal to hike tax on horserace betting by bringing existing online betting duties into one single rate.

The call comes ahead of the launch of “Axe the Racing Tax”, a BHA-led public campaign against the proposal which will be rolled out over the summer.

A tax hike for bookmakers in the Autumn Budget would be the third leg of a triple whammy of financial threats caused by Government policies which jeopardise the future of the sport in Britain.

Economic analysis commissioned by the BHA shows that aligning the current 15% tax rate paid by bookmakers on racing with that of online games of chance – currently taxed at 21% – by harmonising all remote gambling duties, could hit racing’s finances to the tune of £66m in lost income via the Levy, media rights and sponsorship. This is because operators are likely to seek to mitigate significant tax rises through cutting bonuses, reducing advertising and marketing budgets and increasing prices.

Should the Treasury seek to raise the proposed single duty rate further to help balance the books, the impact on racing’s finances would be devastating, with a projected £97m loss at a tax rate of 25%, a £126m loss at 30% and a £160m loss at 40%.

Brant Dunshea, Acting Chief Executive of the British Horseracing Authority, said: “It is vital that everyone working in racing, the media and bettors fully support and promote this campaign.

“The Government’s consultation on harmonising online betting duties, if followed through, poses one of the gravest risks to racing the sport has ever seen.

“It will punch a huge hole in racing’s finances, risk thousands of jobs across Britain and threaten the future of the country’s second most-popular sport and a cherished national institution.

“From now until the Budget we will be hammering home a very simple message to MPs, Peers and the Government on behalf of millions of racing fans. It’s time for the Government to back British racing and axe the racing tax.”
