Yggdrasil battles fearsome creatures for huge wins in Golden Gorgon
Yggdrasil, the leading worldwide publisher of online gambling content, has set off on an ancient Greek quest in its latest hit Golden Gorgon.
The 3×5, 25 payline hit takes a classic gameplay style within a mythological setting as players look to follow in the footsteps of Perseus and find the riches of the fearsome Gorgons.
If the Golden Gaze respins is triggered, winning symbols are turned sticky and a respin of other symbols is triggered. The respins retrigger as long as new winning symbols land on the reels, or the board is completely filled with winning symbols.
Filling columns with winning symbols awards a multiplier. The multiplier is equal to the number of columns filled and per the indicator below the reels. The feature usually occurs over the course of the Golden Gaze respins.
The latest addition to Yggdrasil’s growing portfolio follows successful titles featuring the supplier’s Game Engagement Mechanics (GEM), while the YG Masters library continues to expand with thrilling and unique titles.
Stuart McCarthy, Head of Product and Programs at Yggdrasil, said: “Golden Gorgon takes straightforward gameplay that appeals to classic slots fans and adds a thrilling respin feature with massive multiplier potential.
“The immersive environment transports players back to the heroes of mythology and we can’t wait to see how players react to this high volatility hit.”
